I seriously found a keto pizza a few weeks ago that I'm in love with. It's so easy and so good! They had me doing all kinds of weird stuff with the cauliflower in the past - now its 1-2-3 done! and LOVE
I used to go to Blaze pizza for the BEST gluten free pizza ever (but now - can't... cuz keto! hahaha) but seriously??? this cauliflower pizza puts theirs to shame! its like - to die for. and if we can eat pizza... HONESTLY! who can't keep this up?!??!
so i'm following Dr. Berg's Keto + IF. and its working liek a charm. cuz I've done keto before (many times) and it NEVER works long term. stops working for me around 2-3 weeks. and I never knew why but just wanted to cry! LOL
now... THIS is it. i'm so happy. it's just consistently falling off and i'm just so happy!!!!

I just watched one of his new videos tonight - about hyperpigmentation (like the liver spots we get on your hands as we age) and he talked about how to stop them and get rid of them too! he is so smart - and so gentle and kind.
so i used his recipe - its 3 ingredients. cauliflower, egg, cheese.
here is his recipe that i follow
and yes - it's the IF!!!!!! its the magic - before? i couldn't get it to keep going even though i was in ketosis! but he explained it so well! we are insulin resistant and so we need the IF!
boom! and done - and its just flyiing away! hehehehe
when i did the keto alone - i couldn't keep losing. I would lose 10 pounds adn then that was it. but the keto and the IF - its MAGIC. so my IF schedule is usually 19 fasting, and 5 eating. but that varies based on the day. can go up to 18/6 or down to 20/4
but i'm always totally satisfied!!!
ok - YOU are 3 hours ahead of me - and I just finished a new keto recipe post hehehe but i'm not gonna post it until i wake! hehehe

Oh, Ed! @tengolotodo Make it! We both follow Dr. Beerg and the pizza is better than the traditional one. The weird thing? Okay, not weird, but, here is the thing: It doesn't make you feel overstuffed. Even if you are! I never even use red sauce on mine, just tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
Delicious! I want you to try it, and for the record, I fuss back and forth with the recipe on how much cheese vs cauliflower, but they all work! They all taste great!
I'll need a report back when you try it.

Imagine English isn't your first language and when you read serial fiction you think cereal fiction.
I've learned quite a bit from people learning English, things I never considered like knowing how to write/say and the difference between heard and heart. Interesting huh? Such a similar spelling but that one letter changes the pronunciation dramatically and they're not even close in definition. Or with and width. When they say too and to and two confuses them I always put them at ease like, 'don't trip, I know English speaking people who teach English for a living who should be embarrassed cuz they can't get to and too right either.'

then start visiting people on the card until you have created 3 lines on the card
please visit the posts from the challenge on Friday hehehe
you can probably look up the tag #dteemportchallenge to find them there ❤️❤️❤️
they will be the serial fiction and often say "part 1" in the title hehehehe
then once you make the 3 lines, by crossing off the names that you've visited ...you can submit a post about who you visited on Friday!!!
make it a nice post sharing a bit of your favorite stories or something hehehe
oh also .. you can make 3 vertical lines ..3 horizontal or 3 diagonal.. hehehe
and they can cross over each other too!!

I'd like to join, but I got confused about the cards. Do I need to cross out the names of the people I find through Dreemport or do I go to their profile in Ecency and engage with their posts?
yes all those people entered the challenge last week and entered part 1 of their 3 part story ❤️❤️❤️
so you choose a card either A or B
and then start visiting the people on your card to find their part 1 posts from last Friday
do that until you have three lines filled :)
then on Friday you can submit that post to DreemPort.
you can submit to the ecency community also! hehehe that will earn you points !
when you write your post on Friday talking about who you visited...you can choose your favorites and tell a bit about them! hehehe
no need to explain about all you visited...just write up a nice curation post for those you did enjoyed best :)

I'm sorry to say, I am a terrible bingo player 🙁
When I started reading and commenting I forgot to write down the names a few times. I did not pay attention to the bingo cards, I'm so sorry.
So I went through my comment history to somehow collect the names. Then I filled in the cards and I found I played the wrong card most of the time purely by coincidence.
I also found, that @cescajove was missing on the cards :-)
I really try to make meaningful comments and sometimes this takes me down a rabbit hole of also following up on other people's posts and I lose sight of were I currently am and where I'm going. I only engage if what I read triggers an immediate response and then I cannot stop myself but hit the keys and send it. What I lack is the follow up, i.e.: should have directly made a note on the bingo pic.
In addition my time this week was more limited as usual and I really wanted to finish my own story.
As I stated in my own blog a few weeks ago, my hive experience needs to be more organized. That will be my focus point for the next three weeks, organizing my resources (pictures, links, etc.) and also better organizing my posting and commenting behavior.
This comment alone is powerful woah!....did you see how many words were there before you hit the reply button...I enjoyed reading it honestly.
Yes I know for sure am.sure I am missing there because I couldn't drop my post earlier that day and so it wasn't recorded or something hehe.
I'm not worried but at least I had to submit something right hehe yip...once you come upon someone's post and you read and there's nothing absolutely to comment...take your time and refresh it and then take another read carefully and you would realize you have a thing to say about the post....I'm just suggesting hehe maybe it might work for you.

Thank you. In fact that is working for me when replying. I think every comment to one of my original posts deserves an answer for reading and engaging. Sometimes it's easy and sometimes it's hard.
