More new features and improvements are available on Ecency.com. We just pushed next batch of changes and fixes that will take your Hive experience into next level.
What's new
- Featured topics - this is new section which we think will be one of the factors that will draw more readers, anyone landing via search engine or direct link, would like to know what we are all about and best way is to show them and guide them.
- Witnesses page - fully functional witnesses page where you can elect/vote for consensus block producers. We have included option to set proxy bottom of the page as well.
- Proposals page - another very important governance related page which we would like to give option for all to participate and engage.
- Embedding improvements - Added support for lbry.tv and dapplr.in video embeds as well as improved twitter embedding.
- FAQ updates - few additions and improved formatting of this page.
- Various other optimizations and corrections which you can monitor from our official github page
We are expecting to release desktop app with these new changes in couple days after thorough checks.

The animations on android play store version needs to be revamped, I cant change the animation speed from my developer optiions menu.
Could you be more specific what animation you are referring to?
when switching between the main tabs at the bottom would be a great start.
Oh, we will check, I thought we removed animation in one of the updates, it was slowing performance rather than giving pleasing experience. We will check for sure.
A white flash is usually seen when I notice the issue I am mentioning. The screen will go white for a single frame or so then show the tab I clicked on.
Is there a way to make the feeds update more frequently?
