Hello guys Im sharing my own version of Sinaing na Isda .
Ingredients
*Onion
*Garlic
*Tomatoes
*Salt
*Dried Calamias
*1 cup of water
*Ginger
- Fish 3 slice of gulyasan (Skipjack Tuna)
Procedure
*Wash the fish properly.
*Salt the fish by rubbing sea salt.
*Combine all ingredients and put in casserole add 1 cup of water and put a little bit of oil.
*Lastly put on the stove and cook over the low heat by 20 mins.
By the way the liquid that is left is called "Patis"
