Yeah, I with you there. I just don't like the feeling that I am one major malfunction or repair away from having to take out a loan. We have so much stuff we need done on our current house, but none of it is cheap and it weighs on me. New windows, a new roof... It all adds up and while we might not be living paycheck to paycheck, it sure feels like it sometimes.
