Feelings

For better or for worse, our tears give us away.

Because when they make their appearance in our eyes we feel as we are, because with our tears we feel naked, without masks, without excuses... Sometimes I ask myself, what happened to us? If when we were children we cried without any shame and expressed our pain without fear, and now as adults we feel sorry, is it that when we were children we were more truthful, and now as adults we are not?
Could it be that as we grow up we fill ourselves with illusions and lies and we become our own ego and that is why we feel sorrow?

Beliefs
Men do not cry, crying is weak, if you cry you lose.
Unfortunately our society has been creating a world where one must always be strong to face life, and yes, this is true up to a point, but we can never deny our human nature since expressing our feelings is a balm for the soul when it is tired.

Men are the ones who live more under this stigma, since culturally it is "normal" to see a woman cry than a man and that is why they live repressing their feelings filling them with vices looking to drain that pain that does not fill that existential void.
This is why suicide statistics are higher in men than in women.

It is worth reflecting on this, because in truth our emotions must be expressed in order not to fall into anxiety or depression. Since these are pains that when not expressed end up speaking more inside than outside and that is when the problem begins because the cause of all this is the fear of being judged so express yourself, help yourself, and understand that our feelings have no gender.
So if you can't talk about it, then cry it out, write it down but get it out.

Because emotions expressed are emotions overcome because otherwise our body would speak it in mental or physical illnesses

Accept.

The first step to heal is to accept and from there begin a process of true healing where there will be no anesthesia because if there were pills the emotions the situation would be different, but this is the road we must travel if we want to start having a happy life.

Some time ago I read that true spirituality is a path without illusions where it brings you closer to your truth and shows you without censorship what you must do to heal.

Carl Gustav Jung, once said:
Whoever looks outside dreams, while whoever looks inside awakens.

The truth awakens us and sets us free as Jesus Christ said.
So don't procrastinate, take care of yourself, because later it may be too late.

Thank you for reading me.
