Feeling is not weakness.

The reality of life is that we cannot be positive all the time, nor can we be cheerful all the time, because then, that would be a disease, we also do not have to be motivated and have energy all our life, because life is not like that.

In our real life, there are things, situations that make us suffer, we also get sad from time to time, and sometimes everything annoys us, we get bored, we fall into fear and anxiety and feeling all this from time to time is normal, but sometimes it causes us hopelessness.

Because anxiety is not our enemy, it is a part of us that asks to be heard. And when we understand it, it ceases to govern our existence.

So anxiety and multitasking were one of the many ideal reasons I had to return to training, when the pandemic arrived.

I want to tell you how has been my experience returning to exercise, from a very personal place. I don't pretend to be anyone's coach, but as you know, being a business consultant and wellness coach, it's a way of facing things and how we mentally deal with different processes.

Besides, doing exercises always makes me live in the present.

In that sense, after a while in which I got frustrated many times for not being able to train as I wanted, I found something that worked, something that although I don't know if it can be “recommended”, if I share it so that whoever feels that it can work tries it.

What would happen if instead of waiting for ideal conditions to start training you chose to do it and that's it? What if you even learn to give value to that thing you do when anyone else would give up? It is not an invitation to not recognize your limits, or not to understand when it is healthy to stop. In fact, I had a day this week where I felt really bad physically for thinking about him.future and its scenarios, I think it was also overwork and I did not go, but the next day, as soon as I was in condition, I continued.

What I can share with you today is that when I fulfill myself, when I don't look for excuses to avoid what I promised myself, I end the day with a very powerful feeling of achievement.

Life can change the moment we change our perspective. Growth starts with the way we choose to see life and take responsibility for the consequences. If something moves you, if something touches you, if something vibrates... don't ignore it. Feeling is not weakness. It's living. Because fear can take care of you, yes, but it can also lock you up. And what you didn't live today, may be gone tomorrow...Tell me what has worked for you?
