Sounds like you met my youngest XD Though in his case I think there's some low self esteem happening though with his brain glitches he will never, ever admit that (or at least not right now, he might do in the future as that's been happening a bit lately too, he's annoying me right now because he usually hyperinflates himself while simultaneously putting everyone else down).
Intelligence: 6 (too many brain glitches but apparently the masking and workarounds developed make people think I'm smarter than I am x_x)
Physical appearance: 5 (that's average right?)
General health: 7? (lower than I want but apparently above average)
6? Come on I reckon you're probably more than that, but modesty becomes you.
I've noticed the health aspect is where so many seem to be lacking and with life being more sedentary I'm not surprised. It's a good place to start improving I guess.
As for your son, hopefully the self-hyperinflation and putting others down thing wears off, it's not a left behaviour I think.
