A good travellor has no fixed plan and is not intent of arriving - Lao Tzu
My last few travel trips were completely unplanned. Be it about exploring beaches at puri or enjoying Ghats of Varanasi. Both trip were sudden and no plans were made. I just pick up my bag, stuffed few cloth and then bang on. No train reservation or bus booking. I went straight to explore the unknown destination. And honestly, i find them more meaningful than any planned trip. Last time when I went to Varanasi, after a detailed plan made along with my nephew, I could not able to understand the whereabouts of the location. But this time it was different. The above lines stands completely true. A beautiful sentiments, that teaches is that the real value isn't hitting checkpoints, but embracing the unpredictable, learning, growing, and finding wonder in the unfolding moments, rather than being trapped by strict plans. It is all about presence, curiosity, and adapting to what the path offers, finding joy in the process.

Focus on "Being," Not Just "Doing"
This is a true facts that the essence of journey is found in the openness to experience, not to rigid adherence to an itinerary. When I went out by my own without any plan, I enjoyed the place more. I went to explore many new places (I have full bucket of stories to share on hive about my last trip). The unplanned trip help me to meet new people, and visit many new location within the place. While Varanasi is famous for Shiva temple. There are multiple things to explore in one of the worlds oldest city. The travel allows for unexpected detours, conversations, or discoveries that enrich the journey far more than a checklist item. When the trip is planned there is something that restricts us from opening up at a new place. The "itinerary" becomes our inner curiosity and intent, guiding us to what feels right, rather than an external, imposed plan. I personally believe that the growth, challenges, and beauty encountered along the unplanned way are the true fulfillment, making the act of traveling itself the goal.
The most profound discoveries are often the unplanned detours and the spontaneous moment.
This is metaphor quite associated with pure life too. Being so present and adaptable that we find joy in the unfolding process itself, not just the destination. Unplanned moments often strip away the curated facades we present to the world. In the face of the unexpected, our authentic reactions and true priorities emerge, revealing who we really are and what truly matters to us. This philosophy suggests that structured paths and deliberate goals serve a purpose, but they can sometimes narrow our focus. It has been a well known facts that, many significant scientific, artistic, and personal breakthroughs happened by accident. Newton law of gravitation is a prime example, when a falling apple from the tree helps the gravitational discoveries to the science world.
Being open to the "unplanned" allows for happy accidents and novel combinations of ideas that structured thinking might filter out. In essence it is always fruitful to enjoy the life as it unfolds rather than bounding ourself with unwanted itinerary.
In good faith - Peace!!
