Our selection Waikiki Waves* was one of four runners to be pulled up in the race yesterday, with a further two dumping their jockeys on the turf, and another two falling at an obstacle, resulting in just 4 finishers out of a field of 12.
Never settled well, which reflected in his jumping, which was never fluent. Lost touch with the field after the fifth and was pulled up three fences later.

Cheeky Extra Bet
In the end I was did well not to succumb to backing yesterday's Notebook horse My Boy Jack, as he finished a disappointing 5th of the 10 runners, although he apparently didn't get much of a clear run in the last furlong which may have hurt his chances.
Today second placed tipster The Brigadier has a decent priced runner Enborne running in the 5.20 at Southwell, which I think is worth an each way punt. Originally listed at 12-1, I got on this at the slightly less odds of 15-2.
