Yes, whether you are at work or you are walking home, you are surrounded by unnecessary noises and light sources that clog our brain.
It seems to us that we do not look at advertising, but, our brain follows it out of the corner of our eye, we do not think about the cars that rush past us, or do not look at people passing by, but the brain reads them, absorbs them like a blotter, which absorbs ink.
Information garbage flows from our smartphone, but in those moments when a wife or children calls, the smartphone becomes a spammer from unnecessary information, because my heart becomes warm and I focus all my attention on talking with my family.
