Time changes everything, but does everything really change? Or some things remain the same to preserve the tradition. Because I have seen that in many places modern technology based development has been achieved but in some cases people are trying to keep the example of their predecessors as a tradition.
This is because they do not want to lose the tradition of their former men, nor do they want to blend themselves with modern technology. Because just as the landscape is changing because of technology, so is the position of people in the past. So why some are people reluctant to change themselves or why are they trying so hard to hold on to their former position?
The question came to my mind, last week when I traveled by river. My journey started over the Shitalaksha River. Where work was underway to build a new bridge. But already 3 bridges have been built over this river in different places.
But before the bridge, people who used to sail here for a long time used to cross the river, but after the bridge, they did not change their profession. Rather in different places they are still crossing the river of people by boat and managing their lives by its income.
When asked, their answer was this, the ancestors did this, and how do we give it up. However, he lamented that their income has declined a lot, making it difficult for them to make ends meet. However, they are not interested in changing their profession.
