Cada evento que vivimos es único e irrepetible. Cada instante que pasa se pierde. De igual manera, no todos los eventos de nuestra vida son recordados, ya que muchas veces pasan tan deprisa, que ni nos percatamos de ello.
Each event that we live is unique and unrepeatable. Every moment that passes is lost. In the same way, not all the events of our life are remembered, since many times they pass so quickly that we do not even notice them.
En éste mundo actual, habituado a vivir deprisa, es necesario apaciguarse un poco. Detenerse, mirar a nuestro alrededor y sentir el momento presente.
In this current world, used to living fast, it is necessary to calm down a little. Stop, look around us and feel the present moment.
Sólo de esa forma volveremos a vivir la vida, a alegrarnos de las cosas tan simples de la vida y dejaremos de pensar que somos desafortunados por no tener las cosas que queremos.
Only in this way will we live life again, rejoice in the simple things in life and stop thinking that we are unlucky for not having the things we want.
De eso se trata, de salir de nuestra ilusoria burbuja mental. Aquella que nos tiene sumergidos en ese mar de ocupaciones a las que nos hemos vuelto adictos por querer ser quienes no somos.
That's what it's all about, getting out of our illusory mental bubble. The one that has us submerged in that sea of occupations to which we have become addicted for wanting to be who we are not
