Hello lovely Hiveans !

The most Hiveans that are following my blog are probably interested in posts about the beauties of nature. So I want to use the chance to promote the Fungi Lovers Community to you ^^

Fungi Lovers Community

This community is dedicated to all the great pictures and stories about fungi and mushrooms. It was created by @qwerrie and is run by him and the moderators @ewkaw and @sketch.and.jam. All of them were already features in the Amazing Nature Contest ones and are big Nature Lovers and great Photographers. By the way, the Fungi Lovers are also a member of DNA, an organization with the aim to densify nature-appreciation along the blockchain, as well as @melinda010100 with her Featherd Friends. Just a few days ago @qwerrie advertised this community and the #fungifriday challenge in a post. You can find it here:

The Fungi Lovers also host the #FungiFriday fun challenge, hosted by @EwkaW. And the rules are simple:

  • Post you own original photo/drawing/art/food/anything-at-all of any type of fungi on Friday
  • add #fungifriday (not necessarily must be your 1st tag).

Fungi and mushrooms can be found everywhere ^^

I was recently roaming the nearby forest to clear my head from various thoughts and to enjoy the nature there. On my little hike I found this place here which magically hold me there for quite a while. It had so many great little features, like moss everywhere, beautiful sunbeams that were shining through the lives, a little creek for some nice background sounds that were paired with bird twitter sounds, and of course this amazing tree here which kept all his roots above the ground.

After a while I recognized far more features of this little place, such as hidden fungi everywhere. They were all so well camouflaged that they were really hard to detect, but I took some pictures of some of them. If you ever go hiking it is definitely worth to keep your eyes open as those little fellows are actually hidden everywhere you can imagine. This first one here looked like a piece of bark for me at first sight and only a closer look revealed that it must be a fungi.

The next to fungi are located on the tree stem in a way that they can be actually seen by everyone easily, but as their colors fit so nicely to the color of the bark I nearly oversaw them.

The next one was even more obvious, but you can see that his colours are also very similar to those in the place that he choose to grow and live in.

The last fungi I want to show you here is already surrounded by moss everywhereand I assume thta he is already a bit older. i find it quite interesting that moss stays away from him.

I hope that I can attract some nature lovers out there to the Fungi Lovers Community this way. It is a great one and maybe I can convince you to keep your eyes open for fungi too ^^
