The approaching spring gives greater opportunities to observe the awakening nature. The first flowers and herbs begin to grow, the leaf buds on the branches of trees and shrubs are "poured". Will anyone try to notice how nettle grows, for example, or how the buds of the leaves enlarge?
In the last few weeks, I have reminded you of this challenge by my partial observation of the neighboring pond and its tributary.
Today we look at the pond again.
The snow melted for us, so it will only be an observation of how the "glaciation" of the pond level changes. The layer of ice is still quite thick and the negative night temperatures allow only gradual melting of the ice. The small gif includes photos from 9.2. to 24.2.2021
