Hello nature lovers!
Hope you are having a nice weekend.
Today we had a lovely weather and since we can still walk around in my hometown me and my family take advantage of it and went for a walk to the nearby farm. There we saw beautiful horses and what was the main reason for today's post.
Horses are amazing animals which are common in my home country and is one of the first animals which parents present to a child. My little one also likes watching horses very much and knows how to do their sound as well :)
They are useful as well and horseback riding can be awesome. I tried that just twice and liked it, but I have to admit that there was a little fear somewhere in me as well. I have to add that it is also very exhausting to do that, so we can call it a sport definitely.
Well enough for the intro. Let that be my participation at Amazing Nature, themed animals - horses for that week.
Below I am sharing some of my photos from South America and Iceland, plus adding two from my home country Slovenia.

Sounds like you have traveled a fair bit to have pictures of horses all the way from South America to Iceland and then your home country Slovenia!
I love the hardy Icelandic ponies and heard they are suppose to be very smooth for riding on.

I met some nice horses on my travels that is true and why not sharing them with you herr on Hive.
Icelandic horses are special. I have some great horse photos from winter times in Iceland as well.

I love horses and riding them my nephew owns three horses which he has on his farm one for him and the other two for his daughter and son i must photograph them next time i am there you have some great photos of these beautiful animals 👍

I definitely will as soon as i get a chance to visit him next he is about 300 km away from me but i normally do visit him once a month to pick up my stock of pork and cow meats he breeds pigs and cows on his farm 👍
