Hello friends welcome to all of you in @amazing nature hope you all are fine safe and healthy.

In this post I will tell you about the stages of Apple and it's associated diseases.

Shopian

I am talking about the Shopian District
Apples are produced throughout the kashmir but mostly are produced in Southern District of Kashmir, I am the resident of the village @Rawalpora Shopian I have five large apple orchids in which @500 apple trees are planted every year we cultivate 2000 apple boxes in one apple box it contains 19 kg of fresh apple.
I have yearly income worth 20 lakhs but farming is not so easy, it sucks our blood throughout the year then at the end of the year almighty has been rewarded us with worth.

  6. White rot.
  7. Sooty blotch.

These are the diseases which affected mostly in our orchid, to control these diseases we follow our spray schedule 2021 which is prescribed by department of horticulture of Jammu and Kashmir

Spray schedule

  1. HP OIL, HMO, MAK, ARBOFINE, DISEL.
    (To prevent mites).
  2. CAPTAN 50 PERCENT.
  3. DODINE, DODINO.
  4. CAPTAN, MANCOZEB.
  5. ZINEB HEXA.
  6. STOOR, RUBYGON D, SITOOR.
    7.MERIVON (BASF).
  7. SIGNUM.
  8. Z -78 (CRYSTAL)
  9. CALCIUM.
  10. CUMAN L.

FERTILIZERS

  1. DAP 700 GRAMS (15 TO 20 YEARS OF AGE).
  2. NITROGEN (UREA) 1500 GRAMS (DO).
  3. POTASSIUM 2500 GRAMS (DO).
  4. CALCIUM, BOREX, SEAWEEDS AS PER NEED.

POLLINATION

Malus domestica is not self pollinated it needs cross pollination, natural pollination is best pollination ever.

Natural pollination

  1. Honey bees.
  2. Wild bees.
  3. Wind.
  4. Gala.
  5. Redlum gala.
  6. Pink lady.
  7. Schinzo red.
  8. Golden, red golden, reindeer golden.

Man made pollination or artificial pollination

  1. Gibberellic acid.
    (Progib, poshak, planofix, Sweetwater etc.)

Experiment

*Artificial pollination is difficult as compared to natural pollination, for example we use progib @5gm dissolved in 120 liter of water this ratio produces good fruit, but one should be careful about the dissolation in one flowering bud I used to 5gm progib in 50 liter of water the result was depicted below,

This experiment was totally failed because ratio 5gm into 50 liter of water exact 5gm into 220 liter of water.
