Saludos apreciada comunidad ,les deseo una bonita noche hoy y antes de irme a descansar quiero mostrarles este proyecto costuril que hice hoy y siguiendo con la secuencia de el TOP #5 de 10 costuras hechas con retazos ,en esta ocasión les mostraré a hacer una bandana juvenil con lazo doble, con esos retazos de telas que tengas en casa y que no uses ,le podemos dar un cambio muy particular y así aprovechar esos retales para algo mas productivo,espero les guste mucho ,vamos con los materiales.

Continuing with the TOP 5 of 10 sewing projects made with scraps, this time I'll show you how to make a youthful bandana with a double bow. With those fabric scraps you have at home that you don't use, we can give them a very unique makeover and thus use those scraps for something more productive. I hope you like it a lot. Paso 01

Comencé principalmente cortando las piezas base de la bandana y las piezas base de los lazos (moños), también corté la pieza que une ambos lazos tal cual se muestra en las imágenes .

Step 01

I started mainly by cutting the base pieces of the bandana and the base pieces of the bows, I also cut the piece that joins both bows as shown in the images.

Paso 02

Pasaremos a coser la bandana para ello como corté dos piezas de la base pues la uní en cada extremo dejando un extremo sin coser,luego vamos a coser por la parte del borde dejando 1 cm de costura hacia adentro con costura recta en la punta vamos a unir nuevamente los extremos después que hemos volteado nuestra bandana ,nos debe quedar una abertura y por allí podemos coser a mano con aguja e hilo el horificio para sellar la bandana.

Step 02

We will now sew the bandana. Since I cut two pieces for the base, I joined them at each end, leaving one end unsewn. Then we will sew along the edge, leaving 1 cm of seam allowance inside. With a straight stitch at the tip, we will join the ends again. After turning our bandana right side out, we should have an opening, and through there we can hand-sew the hole with a needle and thread to seal the bandana.

Paso 03

Coseremos ahora las piezas que conformaran nuestro lazo ,cosemos el grande por el borde dejando 1 cm de costura sin coser y dejamos una abertura en cada lazo para poder voltear lo ,dicha abertura la sellaremos igual que como hicimos con la bandana con costura invisible,no olvidemos coser también el rectángulo doble para unión de ambos lazos y empezamos frunciendo en el medio el primero en este caso el negro ya que lo corté mas grande que el brillante de lentejuelas.

Step 03

Now we will sew the pieces that will make up our bow. We sew the large one along the edge, leaving 1 cm of seam unsewn, and leave an opening in each bow so we can turn it right side out. We will seal this opening just like we did with the bandana, using an invisible seam. Don't forget to also sew the double rectangle to join both bows, and we start by gathering the first one in the middle, in this case the black one, since I cut it larger than the shiny sequined one.

Paso 04

Por último vamos a fruncir el negro con lentejuelas y lo ubicamos encima del negro y damos con el hilo de coser tres vueltas ajustamos bien y lo vamos a ubicar en una de las uniones del lazo frunciendo también la bandana,por último vamos a unir los lazos con el rectángulo que cosimos anteriormente por la parte de atrás y listo así nos queda ya terminada nuestra bonita bandana.

Step 04

Finally, we're going to gather the black sequined fabric and place it on top of the black fabric. We'll sew three turns of the thread around it, tightening it well, and then we'll place it at one of the bow's joints, also gathering the bandana. Finally, we'll join the bows with the rectangle we sewed earlier on the back, and that's it! Our pretty bandana is finished.
