I'm the first to be in the kitchen and the last to leave the place, since I like to prepare my own dishes for the family, so I know what it takes, I know every last corner. Today is the star of the challenge called Sew Your Kitchen! in the #NeedleWorkMonday community. Taking advantage of the community challenge, I was inclined to participate with a pot holder to replace one that already has a lot of use, I looked for easy ideas since my forte is not sewing, it didn't stop me not having a sewing machine, my intention was to participate, so I looked for sewing needle and thread and with my project in mind I made the pot holder sewn by hand.

Aprovechando el reto de la comunidad, me incliné por participar con un agarra olla para sustituir uno que ya tiene mucho uso, busqué ideas fáciles ya que mi fuerte no es la costura, no me detuvo el no tener máquina de coser, mi intención era participar, así que busqué aguja de coser e hilo y con mi proyecto en la mente hice el agarra olla cosido a mano.
MATERIALS//MATERIALES
- Piece of green fabric.
- Piece of printed fabric.
- Sewing thread.
- Sewing needle.
- Measuring tape.
- Scissors.
- 20 centimeters of wadding.
- 10 centimeters of bias or strip of fabric.
- Retazo de tela verde.
- Retazo de tela estampada.
- Hilo de coser.
- Aguja de coser.
- Cinta Métrica.
- Tijera.
- 20 Centímetros de Guata.
- 10 Centímetros de bies o tira de tela.
STEPS//PASOS
- Measure 16 centimeters in length by width on the green fabric and then cut. Repeat the procedure with the printed fabric.

- The square cut out of the two fabrics, fold into a triangle shape and fasten with pins.

Amiga hemos tenido la misma idea para participar, a diferencia de ti que usaste la técnica del patchwork yo opté por reciclar tela de jeans, me gusta la combinación de colores y estampados que has mezclado.
