Good morning everyone,

I present to you my first handmade men's purse. For a while now I've been wanting to create a men's purse but not sure which design to go for as I want something classy and lovely. So I decided to make something simple first then I can diversify later. This is my first creation and its portable and lovely. It's not a big one as I've learnt guys don't carry stuffs as much as ladies so I made it small but enough to carry the mens necessary essentials. It can contain a phone, cards, jotter, money and earpiece.

Below I'll be showing how I create the purse.

MATERIALS USED

  • Black leather
  • Fibre
  • Suade lining
  • Gum
  • D ring
  • Tagging pin
  • Magnets
  • Chi board

PROCESS

  • First I create the pattern, then I cut out the fibre I will use. Next I capped the leather with the fibre.

  • Next I fixed the magnet to the leather lining, gum it to the bag. To the other side of the bag, I fix the other pair of the magnet and the leather that will hold the flap design.
