Cuando me pidieron este personaje de inmediato reconocí a la diseñadora y le dije que es un patrón de pago. Una vez confirmado el pedido me encontré en una situación poco común, entre comprar el patrón, sacarlo al ojo o diseñar y tejerlo a mi estilo.
Luego de algunos días y al tratarse de un personaje de video juego decidí comprar el patrón. Las ventajas fueron:
- El tiempo de elaboración es menor ya que solo lo tejí y no lo diseñé.
- El tamaño quedaría tal cual al original, porque en el patrón me indica el grosor del hilo y el crochet.
- El patrón resalta los detalles más importantes del personaje, para esto debes conocer muy bien al personaje (cómo interactúa, el uso de sus armas, su carisma, su armadura, etc.).
- Y al tratarse de un personaje de videojuego, creo que sí o sí debería jugarlo y eso es otro historia, jaja.
When I was asked for this character I immediately recognised the designer and told her that it was a paid pattern. Once the order was confirmed, I found myself in an unusual situation, between buying the pattern, taking it to the eye or designing and knitting it in my own style.
After a few days and because it was a video game character I decided to buy the pattern. The advantages were:
- The time of elaboration is less because I only knitted it and I didn't design it.
- The size would be the same as the original, because the pattern indicates the thickness of the yarn and the crochet.
- The pattern highlights the most important details of the character, for this you must know the character very well (how he interacts, the use of his weapons, his charisma, his armour, etc.).

The designer @meddami has several characters from this video game Valorant (currently trending) and the design is similar between them, i.e. it consists of the union of several small parts.
This character definitely has certain details which I hadn't noticed when I saw the reference photo.
Weaving hair was exciting, here I learnt new techniques to apply in my next designs.
As you will see, following a pattern has many advantages and learning. I am also working on the patterns for my designs, some of them will be characters that have been here before and others will be new ones.

Con la técnica de crochet se hacen bellas obras de arte, en estos días he visto muchas de ellas en la comunidad; ajedrez, ponqué, personajes de vídeo juegos, entre otros.

Esa pregunta tiene múltiples respuestas, en este caso en específico la unidad de medida serían semanas desde jugar el video juego hasta sacar el patrón de ese diseño, cosa que sería mi versión y no como la que quería el cliente. Lo otro es sacarlo al ojo donde también lleva su tiempo, aunque aquí es más cuestión de ética y principios como ser humano quien reconoce la autoría de un diseñador y sabe el trabajo que hay detrás de ese patrón.
La técnica es amigurumi y es muy divertida y entretenida. El crochet es visto con otros ojos con esta técnica. Gracias y ¡Buenas vibras!.

Te ha quedado hermosa!! 😍😍 la verdad es que seguir patrones tiene su ventaja, aunque yo nunca trabajé con amigurumis, pero a veces hasta para armar mi propio diseño busco alguno para orientarme
