¡Hola amigas y amigos! Hoy me complace enseñarles, claro, si a ustedes les gustan las manualidades, cómo realizar un cojín decorativo, que en tiempos de pandemia les hará despejar un poco la mente.

Yo hice este cojín de tamaño pequeño, ustedes lo pueden hacer más grande si quieren.
To do this you only need the following materials: / Para hacerlo sólo necesitan los siguientes materiales:
- 2 pieces of unicolor fabric of 24 x 24 cm each (or the measure that you want)
- Pieces of non-fraying fabrics in the colors of your choice, cut into circles of the same size.
- Pearls or buttons
- Sewing thread
- Stuffed
- 2 pedazos de tela unicolor de 24 x 24 cms cada uno (o la medida que ustedes quieran)
- Retazos de telas que no se deshilachen de los colores que ustedes dispongan cortadas en círculos del mismo tamaño
- Perlas o botones
- Hilo de coser
- Relleno
How will you do it? / ¿Cómo lo harán?
For the size I made, I cut 25 red and 25 navy blue circles, all the same size.
Para el tamaño que yo hice, corté 25 círculos de color rojo y 25 de color azul marino, todos del mismo tamaño.
The first thing is to pin the circles on the fabric, I made 5 rows of circles.
Lo primero es fijar los círculos en la tela con alfileres, yo hice 5 filas de círculos.
To make the rows, put the first circle leaving a free centimeter from the edge to then be able to sew the cushion, then mount the second circle on the first so that it covers a quarter of it and mount the pearl right in the middle of the union of both circles.
Para hacer las filas, ponen el primer círculo dejando un centímetro libre desde la orilla para luego poder coser el cojín, luego montan el segundo círculo sobre el primero de manera que cubra la cuarta parte de este y montan la perlita justo en la mitad de la unión de ambos círculos.
You will repeat this procedure until you finish mounting all the circles. If you don't like pearls you can use small buttons.
Este procedimiento lo van a repetir hasta terminar de montar todos los círculos. Si no les gustan las perlitas pueden usar botones pequeños.
Once finished, you are going to face the two fabrics right with right and you are going to sew them, leaving a space to be able to turn the cushion and fill it.
Una vez terminado, van a encarar las dos telas derecho con derecho y van a coserlas, dejando un espacio para poder voltear el cojín y rellenarlo.
Then, you discreetly sew that opening and flatten the cushion to give it a better shape and that's it.
Luego, cosen discretamente esa abertura y van aplastando el cojín para darle una mejor forma y listo.
Note: if you have pieces of lycra of various colors it looks spectacular. I made it small because the cat I have likes to put her head on the cushion.
Nota: si tienen trozos de licra de varios colores queda espectacular. Yo lo hice pequeño porque a la gatita que tengo le gusta poner la cabeza en el cojín.
