Saludos! mi amigo Carlos Luis Sánchez Becerra @majenye es un artista integral que se desenvuelve mayormente en el área de las artes plásticas, en el dibujo, la pintura y la ilustración, pero también hace música , poesía y teatro y los combina en sus originales videos que suele compartir en su canal de youtube y sus redes sociales, es una de las personas más creativas que conozco y que encanta visitarlo porque siempre tiene algo nuevo que contar y siempre está trabajando en algo creativo. En los últimos tiempos ha realizado máscaras de cartón y papel y mache, las pinta con acrílico y las usa para cantar sus canciones originales en los videos, una de sus últimas creaciones ha sido una máscara de un personaje creado por el que es un Unicornio Marino Pegaso.

Por otro lado él cuando me ve nunca pierde oportunidad de retratarme o hacer un comic donde yo aparezca como personaje, por eso tenía la idea de hacer un retrato de él, pero estuve pensando que un amigurumi también es una forma de retrato así que decidí hacer un amigurumi con la forma de mi amigo Carlos usando su máscara de unicornio. Les comparto el proceso a continuación y al final de la publicación les comparto el enlace al video de Carlos Sánchez junto con su directorio de redes para los quieran conocer su arte.
On the other hand, when he sees me, he never misses the opportunity to portray me or make a comic where I appear as a character, that's why I had the idea of making a portrait of him, but I was thinking that an amigurumi is also a form of portrait so I decided make an amigurumi in the shape of my friend Carlos using his unicorn mask. Proceso / Process
Para el amigurumi de Carlos use hilos acrílicos y ganchillo #4, mientras que para la máscara de unicornio utilicé hilo pabilo y ganchillo #3. Para las piernas comencé con hilo negro haciendo una base de forma ovalada comenzando el tejido con 3 cadenas en lugar de un anillo. Haciendo las disminuciones necesarias logré una forma circular para la pierna que continué con hilo beige y terminé con una vuelta de color azul claro, repetí el procedimiento para hacer la otra pierna.
For Carlos's amigurumi I used acrylic threads and # 4 crochet, while for the unicorn mask I used wick thread and # 3 crochet. For the legs I started with black yarn making an oval shaped base starting the weave with 3 chains instead of a ring. Making the necessary decreases I achieved a circular shape for the leg that I continued with beige thread and finished with a light blue turn, I repeated the procedure to make the other leg.
Para el cuerpo comencé uniendo las dos piernas procurando que la dirección de los pies fuera correcta, continué el tejido recto con azul claro y luego cambie a hilo blanco, cuando cambie a hilo amarillo hice algunas disminuciones y en la penúltima vuelta hice unos puntos en beige para el escote de la franela y termine con una vuelta en beige para el cuello. Rellene con fibra toda la figura.
For the body I started by joining the two legs ensuring that the direction of the feet was correct, I continued the straight knitting with light blue and then changed to white thread, when I changed to yellow thread I made some decreases and on the penultimate round I made some beige stitches for the flannel neckline and finish with a beige wrap for the neckline. Fill the entire figure with fiber.
Para los brazos comencé con hilo beige con 4 puntos en un anillo, haciendo un aumento por vuelta hasta obtener 8 puntos, hice una vuelta sin aumento, rellené con fibra y cerré con 4 disminuciones. Repetí el procedimiento para hacer el otro brazo. Cosí ambos brazos al cuerpo.
For the arms I started with beige thread with 4 stitches in a ring, increasing per round until I got 8 stitches, I did one round without increase, filled with fiber and closed with 4 decreases. I repeated the procedure to make the other arm. I sewed both arms to the body.
Para la cabeza con hilo beige hice puntos bajos en un anillo, hice 6 aumentos por 4 vueltas, tejí vueltas sin aumentos, hice 6 disminuciones por vuelta hasta tener 12 puntos, hice una vuelta para el cuello, rellené con fibra y cosí la cabeza al cuerpo.
For the head with beige thread I made single crochets in a ring, I did 6 increases for 4 rounds, I knit rows without increases, I made 6 decreases per row until I had 12 stitches, I made one round for the neck, I filled with fiber and sewed the head to the Body.
Tejí las orejas a ambos lados de la cabeza, bordé los ojos con hilo de coser negro, blanco y un poco de hilo marrón para crochet marrón, con el hilo marrón hice el cabello.
I wove the ears on both sides of the head, I embroidered the eyes with black and white sewing thread and a little brown thread for brown crochet, with the brown thread I made the hair.
Resultado/Result
Proceso de la máscara / Mask Process
Comencé la cabeza con hilo pabilo de color azul, haciendo 3 cadenas y sobre ellas tejí dos aumento por vuelta solo en la parte superior para crear la forma de la cabeza, cuando obtuve 22 puntos continué el tejido recto hasta obtener la longitud de la cabeza, comente a hacer las disminuciones para cerrar la forma y rellené con fibra antes de cerrar completamente.
I started the head with blue wick yarn, making 3 chains and on them I knitted two increases per turn only in the upper part to create the shape of the head, when I obtained 22 stitches I continued the knitting straight until I obtained the length of the head, comment to make the decreases to close the shape and fill with fiber before closing completely.
Para las orejas tejí 4 puntos en un anillo, hice 2 aumentos y continué recto por dos vueltas, hice dos orejas iguales y las cosí la cabeza. En la parte de debajo de la cabeza levante 24 puntos y tejí 3 vueltas, luego continué son con 18 puntos exceptuando los puntos de adelante para que se pudiera ver la cara, luego que obtuve la longitud necesaria con 6 cadenas recuperé los 24 puntos iniciales y tejí 3 vueltas. En el agujero para la cara tejí un borde con puntos bajos.
For the ears I knitted 4 stitches in a ring, made 2 increases and continued straight for two rounds, made two equal ears and sewed the head. At the bottom of the head, I raised 24 stitches and knitted 3 rounds, then I continued with 18 stitches except for the front stitches so that the face could be seen, after I obtained the necessary length with 6 chains I recovered the initial 24 stitches and I knit 3 rounds. In the hole for the face I knitted a border with single crochets.
Para el cuerno con hilo pabilo rosado tejí 4 puntos en un anillo, hice un aumento y tejí 4 vueltas, rellené con fibra y lo cosí al centro de la cabeza. Con el hilo rosado tejí las crines del unicornio por todo el centro de la cabeza hasta llegar a la parte de atrás de la cabeza.
For the horn with pink wick thread I knitted 4 stitches in a ring, made an increase and knitted 4 rounds, filled with fiber and sewed it to the center of the head. With the pink thread I wove the unicorn's mane around the center of the head until it reached the back of the head.
Resultado / Result
De verdad no puedo esperar para mostrarle el amigurumi a mi amigo Carlos, pero estamos de nuevo de cuarentena radical, así que esperaré el momento para poder hacerlo.
