Hello crafters,
This week am just sharing what I started with the Lava Cake which is still a work-in-progress . I started it with squares. My firsr plan it would be a top pair it with leggings. But, at the moment I love to wear this comfortable house dress, so my target porjects will be Boleros. This is my progress.
That is the upper front side.
Then the back...
When this is done I will pair with the blue printed house dress.
I am slow with this project because the ply of this materials.
When I crochet the hook always interwind, really time consuming.

Yarn quality can be very annoying. I hope you get this Bolero done without the yarn twisting around the hook. THe project looks lovely so far <3
Thanks for passing by I really like the machine made yarns. This one is man wind using the rewinder with 6 ply polyester sewing cotton @neumannsalva super annoying, tired of stretching when crocheting.
I think I have similar yarn in my stash, I bought it on eBay because I found the colors so nice. But I find it exhausting to use. Kudos to your for powering through.
Yeah, true and annoying but I use my patience ahehehe calm myself when I crochet this materials.
I like the fiery sun colour of the lava cake and I can see how nicely it will match with your summer dress. It is looking very lovely :)
