Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes la confección de un Antifaz para Dormir, es un accesorio muy bueno ya que evita que la luz nos moleste cuando estamos descansando y mucho más si somos muy sensibles a ésta. Aquí te muestro cómo lo hice.

Today I want to share with you the making of a Sleep Mask, it is a very good accessory because it prevents the light from bothering us when we are resting and much more if we are very sensitive to it. Here I show you how I made it.
- Tela polar rosada.
- Tela Polipima.
- Elástico de 2cm de ancho.
- Patrón del antifaz.
- Máquina de coser.
- Alfileres.
- Tijeras.
- Pink polar fleece.
- Polypima fabric.
- Elastic 2cm wide.
- Mask pattern.
- Sewing machine.
- Pins.
- Scissors.
Primero cortaremos una tira de 54 cm de largo y 5 cm de ancho.
First cut a strip 54 cm long and 5 cm wide.
Doblamos la tira colocando las orillas juntas con los derechos enfrentados y cosemos por todo el borde.
Fold the strip, placing the edges together with the right sides facing each other and sew all around the edge.
Después volteamos la tira al derecho e introducimos el elástico.
Then turn the strip right side out and insert the elastic.
Cuando hayamos terminardo de introducir el elástico, sujetamos las puntas de éste de las puntas de la tira y pasamos costura para que nos se nos ruede.
When we have finished inserting the elastic, we hold the ends of the elastic to the ends of the strip and sew the seam so that it rolls.
Luego sacamos el patrón del antifaz, una pieza en tela polipima y otra en tela polar.
Then we draw the pattern of the mask, one piece in polypropylene fabric and another in polar fleece fabric.
Una vez que tengamos las dos piezas procedemos a colocar sobre la tela polar la tira con el elástico que quede en el centro y las puntas o los extremos queden en los bordes.
Once we have the two pieces, we proceed to place the strip with the elastic in the center of the fleece and the ends on the edges.
Posteriormente colocaremos la otra pieza de polipima encima de la otra pieza y el elástico. Sujetamos todo con alfileres para que no se muevan las piezas.
Then place the other piece of polypropylene on top of the other piece and the elastic. We fasten everything with pins so that the pieces do not move.
Cosemos por todo el borde y dejaremos un pequeño espacio sin costura para voltear toda la pieza.
We sew all around the edge and leave a small seamless space to turn the whole piece over.
Volteamos y cosemos la abertura de forma manual.
We turn over and sew the opening by hand.
