The lace pattern on your socks is lovely and I admire the speed you have in finishing socks (and the patience after sock madness). But I am even more curious which crochet pattern you will choose.... Granny square, pineapple lace, something completely different?

Completely different. I like crochet patterns that are geometric, like the Duinen shawl. But there is a KAL/CAL starting on Wednesday initiated by the Frickelcast where they hinted about a pattern with "Büschelmaschen" (whatever that might be).
