La figura de Hamsa es muy importante para mi porque siento una especial conexión con ella desde la primera vez que la vi; esta entre mis amuletos favoritos y siempre me hace feliz poder reproducirla a través de dibujos o bordados mientras medito 🙏 📿

This is a Hamsa shaped bead embroidery that is part of a brooch series I started 2 years ago.
The figure of Hamsa is very important to me because I feel a special connection since the first time I saw her; she is among my favorite amulets and it always makes me happy to be able to reproduce her through drawings or embroidery while meditating 🙏 📿

Encontré la inspiración para este diseño viendo atuendos de teatro tradicional Chino y algunas referencias de tocados estilo Boho.
Afortunadamente todos los materiales los compre por internet mucho antes de que comenzara la pandemia 😷
El proceso de elaboración fue minucioso pero fluido, me sentí completamente en trance mientras bordaba esta Hamsa porque la hice mientras meditaba utilizando el mantra que mejor y más resultados me ha dado para muchos problemas de salud que comencé a sufrir en 2017.
Hoy quiero compartir este hermoso conocimiento a medida que enseño el proceso de elaboración de este bordado, espero se entienda mientras comparto mi mantra favorito, el “Mantra de Oro”, el Mantra de Padmasambhava.
I found the inspiration for this design by looking at traditional Chinese theater attire and some references to boho style headdresses.
Fortunately all the materials I bought them online long before the pandemic started 😷
The crafting process was painstaking but fluid, I felt completely in a trance while embroidering this Hamsa because I made it while meditating using the Mantra which has given me the best and most results for many health problems I started suffering from in 2017.
Today I want to share this beautiful knowledge as I teach the process of making this embroidery, I hope it is understood as I share my favorite Mantra, the "Golden Mantra", the Padmasambhava Mantra.

Actualmente no practico ninguna religión, aunque mi crianza fue estrictamente Cristiana/Católica, nunca sentí conexión con el mensaje y culto al dios Abrahamanico.
Hasta ahora descubrí por ejemplo, que me siento más cómoda con mensajes como “la liberación mediante la sabiduría”, me gusta mucho estudiar, no me siento conforme con la “educación tradicional”.

En estos momentos quiero aprender a ver las cosas tal cual son, y no como “yo creo que son” (quisiera disolver mi ego, y borrar de mi sistema todos los criterios basados en prejuicios).
Para mí, bordar es un potenciador de los ejercicios mentales que necesito para esas metas.
Right now I want to learn to see things as they are, and not as "I think they are" (I would like to dissolve my ego, and erase from my system all criteria based on prejudices).
For me, embroidery is an enhancer of the mental exercises I need for those goals.
