El CREATIVE RECYCLING CHALLENGE #10 de @jennyzer para esta fecha ha sido muy oportuno, pues con la idea de reciclar, voy a aprovechar, también, para hacer más regalitos especiales y útiles para obsequiar este día de las madres.
The CREATIVE RECYCLING CHALLENGE #10 of @jennyzer for this date has been very timely, because with the idea of recycling, I will also take advantage to make more special and useful gifts to give this Mother's Day.
Busqué unos potes de Nutella y Nucita que había guardado hasta que se me ocurriera alguna idea para darles un segundo uso y decidí hacer dos costureros para organizar agujas, hilos y botones con un alfiletero incluido.
I looked for some pots of Nutella and Nucita that I had saved until I had an idea to give them a second use and I decided to make two sewing boxes to organize needles, threads and buttons with a pincushion included.
Como siempre estoy encantada de participar porque es una oportunidad para crear con mis manos lindos detalles y, al mismo tiempo, relajarme y disfrutar mientras los hago.
As always I am delighted to participate because it is an opportunity to create with my hands nice details and, at the same time, relax and enjoy while I make them.

Materiales:
- Dos potes con sus tapas bien limpios y secos
- Foami escarchado del color de preferencia
- Tijeras
- Silicón frío
- Pistola de silicón
- Un pedazo de tela
- Aguja e hilo de coser

Materials:
- Two pots with their lids well cleaned and dry.
- Frosted Foami in the color of your choice
- Scissors
- Cold silicone
- Silicone gun
- A piece of fabric
- Sewing needle and thread
Lo primero que debemos hacer es lavar bien los potes y dejarlos secar.
The first thing to do is to wash the pots well and let them dry.
Mientras se secan, hacemos las florecitas de foami con las que vamos a adornar. Es muy fácil hacerlas. marcamos un círculo y vamos haciendo unas ondas por todo el borde, luego entramos al centro y seguimos cortando onduladamente. Después enrollamos dando forma a la florecita, le ponemos un poco de silicón y listo.
While they are drying, we make the little foami flowers that we are going to decorate them with. It is very easy to make them. We mark a circle and make waves all around the edge, then we go to the center and continue cutting in waves. Then we roll it up giving shape to the little flower, we put a little silicone and that's it.
El siguiente paso es adornar según nuestro gusto, pegamos una tira de foami alrededor del pote, y luego, las florecitas, tratando de hacer un diseño bonito.
The next step is to decorate according to our taste, we glue a strip of foami around the pot, and then, the little flowers, trying to make a nice design.
Luego, nos dedicamos a adornar la tapa que será un alfiletero. Para eso, marcamos un círculo en el pedazo de tela y recortamos. Arruchamos con aguja e hilo por todo el borde y halamos, le ponemos el algodón adentro y cosemos bien para hacer el acabado. Pegamos a la tapa. Para el acabado final, cortamos una tira de foami dorado, la pegamos alrededor y le pegamos, también, un lacito de foami.
Next, we turn to decorate the cover, which will be a pincushion. To do this, we mark a circle on the piece of fabric and cut it out. We crumple with needle and thread all around the edge and pull, put the cotton inside and sew well to make the finish. Glue to the lid. For the final finish, we cut a strip of gold foami, glue it around and also glue a small foami bow.
Así de bonitos y delicados quedaron estos potes reciclados y adornados para obsequiar a las mamitas de mi familia.
This is how beautiful and delicate these recycled and decorated pots turned out to give as gifts to the mommies of my family.
Este regalo es un 2 en 1 porque les pondré unos dulces para que los disfruten en su día y, luego, les quedará la opción para guardar los trebejos de costura.
This gift is a 2 in 1 because I will put some sweets for them to enjoy on their day and then they will have the option to keep their sewing projects.
