El día de hoy les traigo como elaborar unos Guantes para realizar ejercicios con Mancuerdas o Pesas, también sirve para utilizar nuestras ligas de resistencia y así no maltrataremos nuestras manos.

Today I bring you how to make some gloves to perform exercises with dumbbells or weights, also serves to use our resistance bands and so we will not mistreat our hands.
Materiales:
- Maquina de Coser
- Tela elástica o licra
- Tela semicuero
- Hilo Negro
- Cinta métrica
- Tiza
Materials:
- Sewing machine
- Elastic fabric or lycra
- Semi-leather fabric
- Black thread
- Tape measure
- Chalk
Procedimiento:
Colocamos nuestra mano y marcamos en la tela de cuero dejando 5 milímetros para la costura.
Procedure:
We place our hand and mark on the leather fabric leaving 5 millimeters for the seam.
Realizamos el paso anterior pero con la tela de licra y procedemos a unir ambas piezas para coserla en nuestra maquina, primero pasamos la puntada recta y luego zic zac para un mejor acabado.
We perform the previous step but with the lycra fabric and proceed to join both pieces to sew it in our machine, first we pass the straight stitch and then zic zac for a better finish.
Cortamos los hilos sobrantes....
Colocamos en la parte de abajo una tela elástica bien sea licra u otra que estire o un elástico para que quede en nuestras muñecas firme y puedas estirar los guantes para introducir las manos.
Cut the excess threads....
Place an elastic fabric at the bottom, either lycra or another that stretches or an elastic so that it is firm on our wrists and you can stretch the gloves to insert the hands.
Finalmente terminamos nuestros Guantes!!!

Thank you very much, the truth is that the sewing machine was given to me as a gift years ago and thanks to that gift I have given it utility, it gives many advantages although there are pieces so small that it is preferable to sew by hand. Greetings
Oh that's an awesome gift! I will probably buy myself on over time, no storage room for it currently, so that's not the best idea in this home haha. But yes some things are better done by hand, you're right! I loved the idea of these gloves, very nice!
