  11. Listo, a disfrutar de esta hermosa creación.

Hello Friends at Hive... nice to greet you again, especially the community that created @Build-It.

As a mom I know that homeschooling for the COVID19 issue has been complex, first because maybe we do not handle the necessary tools for it, but also because our children do not see in us that person capable of teaching... maybe some of us have had a harder time than others, but I am sure that ALL moms and dads have put a lot of effort to do our best.

With the intention of encouraging our little friend Isacc to learn at home, his mommy Yendry asked me to decorate this 100-sheet notebook to motivate him to carry out his daily activities with joy, since he is a fan of this fashionable video game.

It is an easy to make decoration that requires inexpensive and easy to have or find materials. I invite you to carefully review this post hoping you will be encouraged to make something similar to offer exclusivity to your loved ones and friends....

Here are the materials used, the process and the images of the work.

MATERIALS:

  • 100 sheets of paper
  • Template of the design to create.
  • Black or navy blue cardboard (for covers).
  • Colored cardboard (according to the selected design).
  • Color markers
    *Glue stick.
  • Liquid Silicone.
  • White cold paint (for splashing on the covers).
  • Metallic paper (recycled, can be aluminum foil for example).
  • Letter size acetate (to protect the cover sheets)
  • Transparent Adhesive Tape (to fix the acetate to the notebook)
  • Lots of love...

PROCESS:

  1. Draw the design of the drawing to be used.
  2. Cut the pieces separately in the colors corresponding to each character.
  3. Glue the parts together and highlight with colored markers each character.
  4. Glue the metallic paper to each one (which would be the helmet).
  5. Cut to the size of the notebook the cardboard that will be the covers.
  6. Splash cold white paint on the covers already cut to size. They are splashed with a recycled toothbrush.
  7. When the paint dries, glue the cardboards with cold silicone, taking care to apply it well all around the edge of the notebook.
  8. Write the child's name with the white paint. Allow to dry.
  9. Glue the characters the way you want, respecting the name.
  10. Cut and glue the acetate according to the size of the notebook and fix it with the adhesive tape, one part should be glued to the acetate and the other to the inside of the notebook.
  11. Ready, enjoy this beautiful creation.
