This project sounds interesting. Yes, for sure we have lesser rules in place about house making but of late our state governments are taking cues from western countries and dealing strictly. However, I would love to learn more about such projects as what you use for walls and partitions, etc.
A nice initiative for sure and I am glad to know that you're based at Bangalore, once used to be my favorite city but no more since its water scarcity. My best wishes for your new project!
