Saludos amigos de insectos del mundo hoy les cuento que cuando iba rumbo a mi trabajo me encontré este hermoso ejemplar de insecto el cual me pare exclusivamente a fotografíar para traerlo a esta hermosa comunidad ,lo malo fue que está señorita tomo un sitio bastante incómodo para descansar , como era la orilla de la acera del pavimento de la calle se hizo un poco incómodo, pero como yo soy bastante insistente no me fui hasta obtener estás fascinantes fotos las cual les comparto .
Está hermosa mariposa es conocida como caligo o mariposas búho ya que en sus respectivas alas le encontramos unos fascinantes circulos que se asemejan a unos enormes ojos las cuales se llaman ocelos y se encuentran en las alas y las hay de variedades de colores.
El nombre científico de este insecto es caligo eurilochous.se dice que estos pequeños ocelos le sirven para camuflajearse de sus enemigos.
