Um back people with another blog post in HIVE.
This time I'm going to showcase one of my battle using Naga fire wizard in splinterlands weekly battle challenge.
Naga fire wizard is a fire monster that's of reward edition.
This monster have magic attacks for what this monster can attack from any position and it has an ability called shield that reduces the damage from ranged and melee attacks.
About the challenge:
You can find the official challenge post here.
For this challenge, you'll need to showcase a battle using the theme card and you should talk about the monsters that you use in the battle, about the battle.
The entry post should be shared on any social media and I'll use my twitter handle for that.
There should be a #splinterlands tag.
Then you should leave your post link and your social media link where you shared it as a comment in the official challenge post of @splinterlands.
Battling procedure with Naga fire wizard:
As you'll need to battle with Naga fire wizard so you need to play the battle using fire splinter as Naga fire wizard is a fire monster.
From the battle page, you need to click on the ranked battle button and you should wait for a little time.
This takes a little time to find a worthy opponent.
It might take a little longer sometimes and sometimes as it seems.
Then you'll see that you have an enemy waiting for you on the other side.
You can see everything about the battle here such as-
Rules of the battle, mana cap of the battle, splinters that can be used in the battle, the countdown time and you can check on your opponent too from here.
Click on the Make Team button.
Then you'll find a page with all your splinters that can be used in the battle.
As I had to play this battle with fire splinter to showcase the battle of Naga fire wizard as that's a fire monster, I chose my fire splinters summoner.
Then I chose the cards that I wanted in this battle.
There I chose Furious chicken, Creeping ooze, Naga fire wizard.
Buying procedure of Naga fire wizard card(s):
- First, you need to go to the market and then you'll need to find the card or you can go directly from this link.
- Then you'll need to find the best suitable cards for you.
You can buy high-level cards or you can buy level 1 single cards and then you can combine them and you can upgrade the level.
My lineup for this battle:
The mana cap for this battle was 12 with standard ruleset and friendly monster team had three monsters against the enemy monster team with two monsters.
Furious Chicken:
Furious Chicken is a rare neutral monster that I have in level 1.
I used Furious Chicken in that position as a bait so that it can get hits from enemies when other cards can do their things.
Besides I couldn't do anything better but using a monster with 0 mana as the mana cap of the battle was so low.
It has 1 speed, 1 Health in level 1.
It's a 0 mana monster.
Creeping Ooze:
Creeping Ooze is a common neutral monster that I've in level 1.
I used Creeping Ooze at that position cause I wanted it to take the some damage for other monsters and as it has powers such as 1 speed, 1 Health in level 1.
It's an 1 mana monster.
Naga fire wizard:
Naga fire wizard is a rare fire monster that I've in level 1.
I used Naga fire wizard at that position cause I wanted it's a magic monster that can attack from any position and it has powers such as 2 magic attacks, 1 speed, 1 armor, 5 health in level 1.
It's a 8 mana monster.
In the battlefield:
Link to the battle.
Stonesplitter orc of the enemy monster team attacked for the first time in round 1 and killed Furious chicken of the friendly monster team.
Then Elven cutthroat of the enemy monster team attacked and missed the attack on Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team for the shield ability.
Then Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team attacked Stoneplitter orc of the enemy monster team and Stoneplitter orc lost some of its health.
Stonesplitter orc of the enemy monster team attacked for the first time in round 2 and killed Creeping ooze of the friendly monster team.
Then Elven cutthroat of the enemy monster team attacked and missed the attack again on Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team for the shield ability.
Then Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team attacked Stoneplitter orc of the enemy monster team and Stoneplitter orc lost some more of its health.
It kept happening like this until Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team killed Stoneplitter orc of the enemy monster team.
Then there was only Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team and Elven cutthroat of the enemy monster team.
After Elven cutthroat of the enemy monster team missed another attack on Naga fire wizard of the friendly monster team, then the Naga fire wizard attacked and killed the Elven cutthroat of the enemy monster team.
Naga fire wizard of friendly monster team killed the first and last monster of the enemy monster team and there came victory.
