Good morning my dear artisans of this beautiful community! You are cordially welcome to this new space of creativity! Today I am going to present you this great decorative idea, easily made with recyclable materials such as paper bags, egg cartons, toothpicks and other materials, their union forms the structure of a strawberry plant intertwined in a grid of rods.

- Bolsa de papel.
- Cartón de huevos.
- Varillas.
- Hilo dorado.
- Pinceles.
- Tijera.
- Pistola de silicón.
- Espuma de polietileno.
- Tenaza.
- Pinturas al frio, negro, rojo, verde claro y oscuro.

- Paper bag.
- Egg carton.
- Rods.
- Golden thread.
- Brushes.
- Scissors.
- Silicone gun.
- Polyethylene foam.
- Pincer.
- Cold paints, black, red, light and dark green.
Comenzamos cortando tres palillos a la mitad, para obtener segmentos más pequeños y de más cantidad para armar la rejilla de varas.
We start by cutting three toothpicks in half, to obtain smaller segments and more quantity to assemble the rod grid.
Cortamos una hilera del cartón de huevos, para tomar las secciones de cartón que lo conforman y separa, para luego recortarlos y darles una forma redondeada como si fueran "ostras".
We cut a row of the egg carton, to take the cardboard sections that make it up and separate, and then cut them and give them a rounded shape as if they were "oysters".
Tomamos las ostras de cartón, las doblamos y pegamos, de tal manera que se encuentren completamente fuertes y con forma de cubitos, tomamos tres varillas, las unimos con silicón en forma de zigzag, repetimos el mismo procedimiento con las otras tres, después unimos ambas piezas hasta obtener la rejilla. Ahora cortamos dos flecos anchos y largos de bolsa de papel, de ellas dos formaremos las enredaderas, para eso las vamos doblando y pegando, de modo que ambos flecos tengan más grosor y firmeza a la hora de entrelazar.
We take the cardboard oysters, fold and glue them, so that they are completely strong and cube-shaped, we take three rods, join them with silicone in a zigzag shape, repeat the same procedure with the other three, then join both pieces until you get the grid. Now we cut two wide and long fringes of paper bag, from them we will form the vines, for that we are folding and gluing them, so that both fringes have more thickness and firmness when intertwining.
Nuevamente tomamos la bolsa de papel para recortas óvalos con flecos, los cuales pegaremos arriba de los cubitos, de esta manera tendremos las figuras de las fresas, también recortamos dos pares de hojas del mismo material, uno de los pares será más grande que el otro.
Again we take the paper bag to cut out ovals with fringes, which we will glue on top of the cubes, in this way we will have the figures of the strawberries, we also cut out two pairs of leaves of the same material, one of the pairs will be larger than the other.
Ajustamos las zonas en donde unimos las piezas de la rejilla, usando el hilo dorado para guardar esos pequeños pero importantes detalles, luego cortamos y entrelazamos las hileras de bolsa de papel, dejando una con forma de arco por donde podremos colgar la artesanía, en ella fijamos las hojas y fresas, después pintamos las fresas en un rojo enérgico y las hojas y hiedras en una combinación entre negro, verde claro y oscuro, como las marcas de separaciones de las hojas y ramas.
We adjust the areas where we join the pieces of the grid, using the gold thread to keep those small but important details, then we cut and weave the rows of paper bags, leaving an arch-shaped one where we can hang the crafts, on it we fixed the leaves and strawberries, then we painted the strawberries in a bright red and the leaves and ivy in a combination of black, light and dark green, like the separation marks of the leaves and branches.
Después de secar agregamos la espuma de polietileno como los puntitos blancos en los frutos, de esta manera culminamos con su elaboración, un bonito ejemplar en donde se muestra la creatividad e ingenio, a través de un bello ornamento de figuras naturales hecho con materiales reciclables y cariño para todos ustedes.
After drying, we add the polyethylene foam as the white dots on the fruits, in this way we finish with its elaboration, a beautiful specimen where creativity and ingenuity are shown, through a beautiful ornament of natural figures made with recyclable materials and love to all of you.
