Hello! my dear creators #Diy of moments through your wonderful creations, I greet you from my creative workshop.

Today I want to share with you, an idea that I saw on the internet and I said "Wow, this is for me". And I say that I identified myself, because it mixes two basic elements in wellness: creation and music or nice phrases that make you smile all day long.

I called my creation:

The song palette

This content is nothing more than 30 little popsicles with a content that we quote daily and reflect on what it said to us. Well for me it was very nice, but before talking about my experience, let's do it!

¡Hola! mis queridos creadores de momentos a traves de sus maravillosas creaciones, les saludo desde mi taller creativo.
Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes, una idea que ví por internet y dije ¡Wao! esto es para mí. Y digo que me identifiqué, porque mezcla dos elementos básicos en el bienestar: la creación y la música o frases lindas que te hacen sonreir todo el día.
A mi creación la llamé:
Paletas de canciones.

Este contenido no es mas que 30 paletitas con un contenido que diariamente lo citamos y reflexionamos sobre lo que nos decía ¿Suena genial? Bueno para mí fue muy bonito, pero antes de hablar de mi experiencia ¡Vamos a realizarlo!

Materials:

🎨 Pallets. The ones used for ice cream.

🎨 Tempera. The more colors, the better.

🎨 Brush.

🎨 Markers.

🎨 Flask. I used one of my own.
And always the utensils to clean: water, handkerchief, an area that is covered so as not to get dirty.

Materiales:
Paletas. Los que se usan para los helados.
Témperas. Cuantos más colores, mejor.
Pincel.
Rotuladores.
Frasco. Yo utilicé uno de los míos.
Y siempre los utensilios para limpiar: agua, pañuelo, una zona cubierta para no ensuciar.

Well, the procedure is very easy, so it is an activity that can be done with all the members of the family, there is no age. I think the hardest thing for me was to choose the motivational phrases or songs because, I don't know if it happens to you, but we know more than a hundred songs, but to choose one, oh my! how hard it was.

So, doing it together generates more well-being because you can have fun and be more creative to place the phrases. In my case, I did it alone, but you know, let's get that family to produce.

My method was to place 30 palettes that would represent the 30 days of the month. In turn, having 6 colors, then I divided into groups of 5, to be uniform (Question of harmonious visualization). So: 5 red, 5 blue, 5 white, 5 yellow, 5 black and 5 green.

Bueno, el procedimiento es muy fácil, así que es una actividad que se puede hacer con todos los miembros de la familia, no hay edad. Creo que lo más difícil para mí fue elegir las frases o canciones motivacionales porque, no sé si a ustedes les pasa, pero nosotros conocemos más de cien canciones, pero elegir una, ¡ay! qué difícil fue.

Entonces, hacerlo juntos genera más bienestar porque puedes divertirte y ser más creativo para colocar las frases. En mi caso, lo hice solo, pero ya sabes, que la familia produzca.

Mi método fue colocar 30 paletas que representaran los 30 días del mes. A su vez, al tener 6 colores, luego los dividí en grupos de 5, para que fueran uniformes (Cuestión de visualización armoniosa). Así: 5 rojos, 5 azules, 5 blancos, 5 amarillos, 5 negros y 5 verdes.

While I was painting my palettes, I noticed that nowadays, tempera paints come with mechanisms that did not exist in my time; for example, the containers used to come loose, now they are fastened, I assume to avoid spills.

Another improvement I saw was that it comes with its own brush, located so that once used, it can be returned to its place and avoid loss. Lastly, the ease with which the ink is removed. Just with water and rubbing your hands together, it's enough. And I admit, I get my hands dirty a lot because I do not master the technique, so this property was very useful.

Well, following the procedure (I had to tell it), once they were painted, I let them dry. Because the first palette I made, I tried to put the first song that came to my mind and it didn't copy, so I realized that they had to dry to fix the letters.

The temperas I used are fast drying, so in less than an hour they were ready. I thought that the white color would not work, but it looked very nice too.

Now, to place the phrases. I chose nice songs, with nice messages, with love, because there is nothing nicer than this.

I decorated the glass container with a green ribbon I had lying around and some twigs to make it look natural, achieving this effect:

Mientras iba pintando mis paletas, pude notar que actualmente, las temperas vienen con mecanismos que en mi época no existían; por ejemplo, antes los envases, venían sueltas, ahora vienen sujetadas asumo que para evitar derrames.

Otra mejoría que le ví fue que trae su propio pincel, ubicado para una vez usado, regresarlo a su sitio y evitar pérdida. Por último, la facilidad con la que se quita la tinta. Solo con agua y frotar las manos, es suficiente ¡Me encantó! como evoluciona todo. Y yo que reconozco, me ensucio mucho las manos porque no domino la técnica, entonces fue muy útil esta propiedad.

Bien, siguiendo con el procedimento (No debía dejar de contarlo), una vez pintadas, las dejé secar ¿Por qué? Porque a la primera paleta que hice, le intenté colocar la primera canción que se me vino a la mente y no se copió, entonces me di cuenta que debían secar para fijar las letras.

Las temperas que usé son de secado rapido, asi que en menos de una hora ya estaban listas. Pensé que el color blanco no serviría, pero bien bonita que tambien quedó.

Ahora, a colocar las frases. Yo escogí canciones bonitas, con mensajes lindos, propósitos y de amor, porque no hay nada mas bonito que esto.

El envase de vidrio, lo decoré con una cinta verde que tenia por alli y unas pinceladas en verde también, para armonizar.

The idea is that every day, at the beginning of the day, you can start your day with that song in your head, or dedicate it, or simply share it with someone.

It is an ideal gift for children or couples who can read them daily and we can discuss the topics that come up. The best of all is that they can be recycled, because these songs or phrases do not go out of fashion. So at the end of the month or make others or use the same ones, in this way, we also set values in us because for example, we can also place a value that we want to cultivate in the day or a mini-task that we should perform and it will generate well-being at the end of our day.

It is easy, fast and does not need a lot of materials, effort or knowledge, so I hope you can make them and tell us the experience.

La idea es que todos los dias, al iniciar el día, puedas comenzar tu jornada con esa canción en la cabeza, o dedicarla, o simplemente compartirla con alguien.
Es un regalo ideal para los niños o parejas que puedan leerlas diariamente y podamos discutir sobre los temas que salen. Lo mejor de todo es que se pueden reciclar, porque estas canciones o frases no pasan de moda. Así que al terminar el mes o se hacen otras o se usan las mismas, de esta manera, también fijamos valores en nosotros porque por ejemplo, también podemos colocar un valor que queremos cultivar en el día o una minitarea que deberíamos realizar y nos generará bienestar al terminar nuestra jornada.
Es fácil, rápida y no necesita de muchos materiales, esfuerzo o conocimiento, por ello espero que puedan hacerlas y contarnos la experiencia.
