Hello my dear friends. This is my participation in the contest carried out by the @hivediy community and this week brings the topic of the Third Dimension.
I take the opportunity to cordially invite friend @djynn to join the challenge and have fun making crafts.
To make these mini wall gardens we are going to use:
Materials:
1 plastic pot
pair of scissors
cutter
silicone gun
silicone
sand
decoration stones
succulent or cactus plants
paperboard
transparent plastic sheet.
For this project, I used a pot of Cream of Rice (food for children) of 500 gs. But we can use a gallon of paint, which is much larger, or a container of paint that is even larger. If you are going to use these buckets you have to cut them with a blind.
This container has some divisions, which I took advantage of to make three rings. The measurements are 13 centimeters in diameter x 3.5 centimeters high.
The back part I covered with very strong cardboard, the kind that is shiny since this will give it a bit of waterproofing. The front part will go with a transparent plastic only covering half the diameter.
This is so that all the soil is visible and the plants have an outlet. For this part we will also do the irrigation, which will be very little since succulents and cacti only water with little water 1 time a week.
We place some large stones in the bottom of the pots, then we arrange the plants to see if we like how it will look.
We put the sand and some decoration pebbles. If you have colored sands, the project will look more attractive.
These mini gardens were very stable on the desk, so we can use it like that on a table, but I made them to hang on the wall.
The truth is that I really like how they look on the wall, this can be done on an exterior wall of the house and it will decorate the whole view. If you have a gardening project, this is the ideal decoration to complement the work.

Hola mis queridos amigos. Esta es mi participación en el concurso que realiza la comunidad de @hivediy y esta semana trae el tema de la Tercera Dimensión.
Aprovecho la oportunidad para invitar cordialmente a la amiga @djynn para que se una al reto y se divierta haciendo manualidades.
Para hacer estos mini jardines para pared vamos a utilizar:

piedras de decoración
plantas de suculentas o cactus
cartón
lámina de plástico transparente.
Para este proyecto, yo utilicé un pote de Crema de Arroz (alimento para los niños) de 500 gs. Pero podemos utilizar un galón de pintura, que es mucho más grande o un cuñete de pintura que es más grande aún. Si van a utilizar estos baldes los tienes que cortar con una segueta.
Este envase trae unas divisiones, las que aproveché para hacer tres aros. Las medidas son de 13 centímetros de diámetro x 3,5 centímetros de alto.
La parte de atras la cubrí con cartón bien fuerte, de ese que viene brillante ya que esto le dará un poco de impermeabilidad. La parte del frente irá con un plástico transparente solo cubriendo la mitad del diámetro.
Esto es para que se vea toda la tierra y las plantas tengan una salida. Por esta parte también haremos el riego, que será muy poco ya que las suculentas y los cactus solo re riegan con poca agua 1 vez a la semana.
Colocamos algunas piedras grandes en el fondo de los materitos, luego disponemos las plantas para ver si así nos gusta como quedará.
Colocamos la arena y algunas piedritas de decoración. Si tienes arenas de colores, se verá más vistoso el proyecto.
Estos mini jardines quedaron bien estables sobre el escritorio, o sea que lo podemos usar así sobre una mesa, pero yo los hice para colgarlos en la pared.
