Espero que hoy sea un día lleno de bendiciones para todos 🥰, desde hace un tiempo una de mis hijas se ha interesado mucho por los materiales variados para hacer pulseras y collares y hace poco logramos conseguir un material que había querido desde hace un tiempo y quiero compartir con ustedes algunas ideas de estos materiales y poder hacer nuestras propias prendas para lucir hermosas con nuestras propias creaciones.

I hope today is a day full of blessings for everyone 🥰. For some time now, one of my daughters has been very interested in various materials for making bracelets and necklaces, and we recently managed to get hold of a material she'd been wanting for a while. I want to share some ideas with you about using these materials so we can make our own pieces and look beautiful in our own creations.

Desde que comencé a comprarle materiales a mi hija, le había comentado de estos materiales para prendas y los habíamos buscado, pero no los conseguíamos, ella estaba haciendo sus pulseras solo con hilo engomado, hasta que hace poco en una tienda de arte los conseguimos y a precios bastante económicos y sin pensarlo los compramos, a mi hija le gusta mucho hacer sus propias pulseras y zarcillos, ella está en la etapa de la adolescencia y es cuando más quiere lucir cosas bonitas, este material es esos que son como unos pines o alfileres especiales para hacer prendas, también logramos conseguir las argollas para hacer zarcillos, y para mi primer intento luego de tanto tiempo voy a hacer una linda pulsera con estos pines, aquí te dejo la lista de materiales a utilizar :
- pines o alambre especial para hacer joyería
- Todo tipo de bolitas, canutillo, balines entre otros.
- pinzas para bisutería
- broches y aritos pequeños
- cadenitas finas
Since I started buying my daughter craft supplies, I'd mentioned these jewelry-making materials to her, and we'd looked for them, but we couldn't find them. She was making her bracelets only with rubberized thread, until recently when we found them at an art supply store at very reasonable prices, and we bought them without hesitation. My daughter loves making her own bracelets and earrings. She's in her teens, and that's when she most wants to wear pretty things. These materials are those special pins or clasps for making jewelry. We also managed to find jump rings for making earrings, and for my first attempt after so long, I'm going to make a pretty bracelet with these pins. Here's the list of materials you'll need:
- Pins or special wire for jewelry making
- All kinds of beads, bugle beads, seed beads, etc.
- Jewelry pliers
- Clasps and small rings
- Thin chains

STEP BY STEP
Vamos a comenzar con el primer pin, este vamos a abrir un poquito en la parte superior y le colocamos una argolla y un broche, no recordaba como era trabajar este tipo de material y las pinzas para esto, al principio se me hizo un poco complicado, ya que no es tan fácil cerrarlas y dejarlas bien unidas para que no se salgan los aritos, luego vamos a comenzar colocándole la secuencia de bolitas de los colores que deseemos.
En mi país Venezuela, creo que en casi todas las ciudades está la tienda el castillo, en esta venden una gran cantidad de variedad de este tipo de materiales para hacer nuestras prendas, lo mejor de todo es que son a precios bastante económicos, a mi hija le gustan mucho unas que son como aritos, planos y vienen de muchísimos colores, el collar de este lo conseguimos por tan sólo cero, $80 y trae muchísimas
Let's start with the first pin. We'll open it slightly at the top and attach a jump ring and a clasp. I'd forgotten how to work with this type of material and the pliers for it. At first, it was a little tricky, since it's not so easy to close them tightly so the rings don't come loose. Then we'll start adding the sequence of beads in the colors we want.
In my country, Venezuela, I think there's a store called El Castillo in almost every city. They sell a wide variety of these types of materials for making our jewelry. The best part is that they're very affordable. My daughter really likes some that are like flat earrings, and they come in many colors. We got this necklace for only $0.80, and it has a lot of beads.

Para mi pulsera, voy a utilizar de estos aritos en color negro, y los combinaré con bolitas parecidas al Swarovski, estas me gustan porque son brillantes, luego de introducirlas en nuestro alfiler en la secuencia que nos guste, vamos a cerrar con un pequeño aro, en mi primer intento, cerrando estos alfileres, vi que es más sencillo colocar el siguiente alfiler y luego hacer la figura del aro en la punta, así queda dentro de una vez y puedes cerrarlo con más precisión.
For my bracelet, I'm going to use these black rings, and I'll combine them with Swarovski-like beads. I like these because they're shiny. After inserting them onto our pin in whatever sequence we like, we're going to close it with a small loop. In my first attempt, when closing these pins, I saw that it's easier to place the next pin and then make the loop shape at the tip. That way, it's all inside at once and you can close it more precisely.

En el centro de mi pulsera, le coloqué unos pequeños balines dorados. En total hice cinco tramos para mi pulsera, ya para cerrar en el último alfiler, le coloqué un pequeño trozo de cadena fina, a esta le colocaré varios aritos para que tenga varios niveles para abrochársela.
In the center of my bracelet, I placed some small gold beads. In total, I made five sections for my bracelet, and to close it, I attached a small piece of thin chain to the last pin. I will add several jump rings to this chain so that it has several levels for fastening.

Y así ya tendremos lista una linda pulsera hecha a nuestro gusto, a nuestra medida y original, aún me falta mucha práctica, ya que no he logrado con precisión cerrar bien los aritos, pero sé que poco a poco lo podré ir logrando, mi hija se pone conmigo a hacer sus propias pulseras y le quedan muy lindas, sus gustos son distintos a los míos y así podemos lucir nuestras propias creaciones 🥰❤️
