Greetings #hivediy friends, it is my pleasure to be with you all to share this craft I made at home. It is very easy to make, I used materials that are easy to acquire. My imagination and creativity were what made this craft. I have always liked locomotives. That's why I dared to make one to show you in this step by step.

Procedimiento/Procedure
Iniciamos tomando el cutter con mucha precaución e iremos cortando la lata poco a poco. Girándola a medida que vamos cortando.
We start by taking the cutter very carefully and we will cut the can little by little. Turning it as we cut.
Ya cortada la lata podemos apreciar que nos quedará una lámina y dos extremidades, las cuales serán usadas en próximos pasos.
Once the can is cut, we can see that we will be left with a sheet and two ends, which will be used in the next steps.
Repito este paso con unas 4 latas adicionales, con el fin de tener más material disponible a la hora de empezar a crear las partes de esta locomotora.
I repeat this step with about 4 additional cans, in order to have more material available when starting to create the parts of this locomotive.
Luego tomaré un trozo de cartón para darle forma de la base principal de nuestro tren. Doblaré algunas partes y cortaré otras para obtener una base sólida, fuerte y resistente.
Then I will take a piece of cardboard to shape the main base of our train. I will fold some parts and cut others to obtain a solid, strong and resistant base.
Usaré Silicona líquido para fijar los segmentos de la base, el Silicona al secarse es muy bueno, ya que mantiene dureza en la superficie donde se aplica. Es muy bueno.
I will use liquid Silicone to fix the segments of the base, the Silicone when it dries is very good, since it maintains hardness on the surface where it is applied. It is very good.
En la base colocaré un poco de Silicona para luego fijar una lata, la cual será el cilindro que simula las calderas de nuestro tren.
On the base I will place some Silicone and then fix a can, which will be the cylinder that simulates the boilers of our train.
Usaré las láminas de latas para cortar con mucha precaución y cortando algunos cuadros, los cuales le darán forma de cabina a nuestro tren.
I will use the sheets of tin cans to cut very carefully and cut some squares, which will give the shape of the cabin to our train.
Doblaré una segunda lámina para pegarla a anterior y dar forma a la cabina de mando, aplicando silicona y sujetando ambas partes hasta que estás queden totalmente fijadas.
I will fold a second sheet to glue it to the previous one and give shape to the cockpit, applying silicone and holding both parts until they are completely fixed.
Ya realizada parte de la cabina tomaremos la base de nuestro tren y procederé a pegar ambas partes con un poco de Silicona.
Once part of the cabin is ready, we will take the base of our train and proceed to glue both parts with a little bit of Silicone.
Aplicaré un poco de Silicona en las extremidades en forma de circunferencias. Estas le darán un sentido de ruedas al tren, pegaremos dos ruedas por cada lateral.
I will apply some Silicone on the extremities in the form of circles. These will give a sense of wheels to the train, we will glue two wheels on each side.
A continuación tomaré una pequeña lámina y la doblaré en forma de "U", para después aplicarle un poco de Silicona y pegarla en la parte frontal de la locomotora. Ya está tomando forma nuestro tren.
Next I will take a small sheet and fold it in a "U" shape, and then apply some Silicone and glue it to the front of the locomotive. Our train is already taking shape.
En una lámina de lata cortaré con mucho cuidado dos tiras, las cuales doblaré para darle forma de cilindro.
I will carefully cut two strips from a sheet of tin, which I will fold into a cylinder shape.
Estos cilindros serán usados como escape de la locomotora y laterales para las ruedas, aplicar un poco de Silicona, presionar y dejar secar.
These cylinders will be used as locomotive exhaust and sidewalls for the wheels, apply some Silicone, press and let dry.
En la zona del escape de la locomotora colocaré una extremidad de lata de forma inversa para darle forma más auténtica a la salida de vapor del tren.
In the exhaust area of the locomotive I will place a can end in reverse to give a more authentic shape to the steam outlet of the train.
Por último colocaré una lámina cuadrada como techo de la locomotora y cortaré algunas tiras, para luego pegarlas a las ruedas y finalmente terminar esta manualidad en material reciclado.
Finally I will place a square sheet as the roof of the locomotive and cut some strips, then glue them to the wheels and finally finish this craft in recycled material.
Ha sido muy divertido poder construir esta locomotora desde material reciclado, la he pasado muy bien. El arte de reciclaje es algo que debemos aprovechar en casa.
