Muy contenta de participar en los concurso y aunque me uno un poco tarde, debido a lo fatal que esta el internet por acá. Pero creo que tengo tiempo todavía para compartirle el trabajo que hice y así lucir una linda flor en mis mano…bueno en uno de mis dedos.

Creo que a todos admiramos la diversidad de flores que nos regala la naturaleza, sus olores. Me encanta ver esas mujeres que ponen flores en su cabeza detrás de la oreja, no sé porque pero desde niña veía una señora mayor que vivía cerca de mi casa y siempre llevaba una flor en su cabello.

I think we all admire the diversity of flowers that nature gives us, their scents. I love seeing those women who put flowers on their heads behind their ears, I don't know why but since I was a child I used to see an old lady who lived near my house and always wore a flower in her hair.

Ahora les cuento de los materiales que utilice para hacer esta flor :

Mostacillas azul claro, azul oscuro y negro.

Aguja para mostacilla.

Lo primero que hay que hacer, es medir y cortar 2 metros de hilo de Naylon he insertarlo en la aguja para mostacillas, luego introduje 12 mostacillas negras, las lleve al final del hilo amarre bien corte y queme el hilo sobrante.( Nos queda un pequeño circulo.)

The first thing to do is measure and cut 2 meters of nylon thread, I inserted it into the beading needle, then I introduced 12 black beads, took them to the end of the thread, tied it well cut and burned the excess thread. (We have left a small circle.)

Luego introduzco 5 mostacillas negras y paso la aguja siempre saltándome una mostacilla, repito 4 veces mas, al llegar al pétalo #6 paso la aguja por la mostacilla del circulo y las 2 del primer pétalo como se indica en la foto.

Then I introduce 5 black beads and I pass the needle always skipping a bead, I repeat 4 more times, when I reach petal #6 I pass the needle through the bead of the circle and the 2 of the first petal as indicated in the photo.

Ahora metí 5 mostacillas azules y paso la aguja por la segunda mostacilla del pétalo del paso anterior, luego introduzco 1 mostacilla negra y paso la aguja por la primera mostacilla del otro pétalo continuo así hasta el final en ultimo pétalo paso la aguja por la mostacilla negra y las 2 azules.

Now I put 5 blue beads and pass the needle through the second bead of the petal from the previous step, then I introduce 1 black bead and pass the needle through the first bead of the other continuous petal like this until the end of the last petal I pass the needle through the bead black and 2 blue.

En esta vuelta nuevamente 5 mostacillas azules, paso la aguja saltando una mostacilla, introduzco una mostacilla azul, una negra y una azul y paso la aguja por la primera mostacilla. en el ultimo pétalo paso la aguja por 3 mostacilla azules para empezar la otra vuelta.

En esta vuelta meto 5 mostacillas azul claro, y paso la aguja por la segunda mostacilla, ahora introduzco 3 mostacilla azul oscuro y paso la aguja por la segunda azul del paso anterior, luego una mostacilla negra y paso la aguja por la segunda mostacilla azul que le sigue, ahora meto 3 mostacilla azul oscuro y la paso por la primera mostacilla del petalo, introduzco 5 azul claro y paso la aguja por la segunda del petalo y asi hasta completar y al finalizar paso la aguja por una mostacilla azul oscuro y 2 de las claro.

De donde sale la aguja la paso por la 2 mostacillas siguiente, introduzco 3 mostacilla azules y paso la aguja por la segunda mostacilla azul oscuro del paso anterior, y asi hasta terminar la vuelta, y luego paso la aguja por todas las mostacillas azules.

Where the needle comes from, I pass it through the next 2 beads, insert 3 blue beads and pass the needle through the second dark blue beads from the previous step, and so on until the end of the row, and then I pass the needle through all the blue beads.

Paso la aguja, hasta llegar a la segunda mostacilla azul al lado de la negra como se indica en la foto, introduzco una mostacilla negra, una azul y una negra y paso la aguja por la segunda mostacilla al lado de la negra, alli comence a tejer el aro basico del anillo.

I pass the needle until I reach the second blue bead next to the black one as indicated in the photo, I insert a black, a blue and a black bead and pass the needle through the second bead next to the black one, I start there to weave the basic hoop of the ring.
