"A rainy day" holozing fanart!

Hello!

I have been playing with strong lighting for a while now so to keep it fresh once in a while I decided to focus on normal lighting this time. I just didn't want to stop at that so I decided to add rain in the environment as the reason for the not so flashy lighting haha and instead focused on the rain bounce effects on leaves and Chriple. Thought about adding shiny effect of the rain drops but like I said above I decided to keep it in normal lighting. I don't think I have drawn rain in any of my paintings so far so that's done now. This environment was the second option because earlier the idea was to draw Chriple hunting some fish near a river but I didn't like the colour composition so I switched to the rain theme.

Honestly I thought I couldn't post anything today because I started having a headache after sleeping in the afternoon lol. I'm on a low sugar-no spice diet recently to test something so I'm a bit cranky haha. I actually had plan to draw something else which was more cooler because of pose and the action scene. I didn't want to mess that up so this was created instead. It turned out okay I guess haha.

Thank you so much for your time 😊

It's great how you pictured the natural side of the creature, just a normal small cute bird in its habitat :3

Loved how you drew the nature around!

Yeah they are still a part of the ecosystem so sometimes it's a nice idea to paint them in that theme hehe. Initial idea was to draw this guy near a Lake but that didn't end well 😂. Need better references to enhance the painting sometimes.

Oh i noticed that you started posting 2D art and that's great. An advice I can pass to you which was given to me by the founder is that to draw these creatures in an environment doing something like you see in some Pokemon cards. Creations like that have more chance in being accepted as collection set cards :)

Thank you for the tips :D I will have that in mind for the next ones!

Que bonito quedo este fanart, muestra la simpleza y naturalidad de un ave, aunque sea una poderosa de un videojuego.

I'm glad you like it :)

Your art came out perfect, it's beautiful! I wonder why couldn't make like that one haha

Thank you :)

I have been doing this for the past 3 years I think so there is that haha. Just practice and be familiar with the software you use. You'll eventually get better.

The colors does really gave life to everything. With the rain effects it gives deeper meaning to the artwork.

I think the rain completed the painting hehe.

Thanks you:)
