Hello cloud lovers,
"The Way To Heaven" is my entry to the 'Love The Clouds' Contest #168.
In Greek mythology it was a river that separated this world from the hereafter. If you combine this world of ideas with the idea of heaven, as it is still common in many religions today, the photo can be interpreted in such a way that it depicts the flow of life that ultimately leads us to heaven.
The photos, the first of which is my competition entry, were taken on a flight home to Vienna and show the Danube in the Lower Austria area, which is visible through the thinning cloud cover.

„Der Weg in den Himmel“ ist mein Beitrag zum „Love The Clouds“-Wettbewerb Nr. 168.
In der griechischen Mythologie war es ein Fluß, der das Diesseits vom Jenseits trennte. Kombiniert man diese Gedankenwelt mit der Himmelsvorstellung, wie sie auch heute noch in vielen Religionen geläufig ist, kann das Foto dahingehend interpretiert werden, das es den Fluss des Lebens darstellt, der uns letztlich in den Himmel führt.
Die Fotos, von denen das erste mein Wettbewerbsbeitrag ist, habe ich auf einem Heimflug nach Wien gemacht und zeigt die Donau im Raum Niederösterreich, die sich durch die dünner werdende Wolkendecke abzeichnet.

These pictures are beautiful. Seeing the clouds from the sky really is special. Sometimes I'm afraid to take pictures from an airplane jajaj.
There is indeed something special about the view from above. There's no need to be afraid to take pictures from an airplane as long as you don't flash the pilot in the face. One counters bad feelings either by avoiding the situation or, on the contrary, by facing the situation. Perhaps on the next flight you will try to suppress the uneasy feeling by indulging in the fascination of taking great pictures.
I was very amused by the one about flashing the pilot hahahaha.
When i have the opportunity to take pictures from the sky i will do it and the images i manage to capture are committed to the community. Thank you very much for your encouragement!
