I got a little busy over the last week and I'm glad I'm able to catch up with last week's edition of Share your battle weekly challenge featuring another super character identified as NERISSA TRIDAWN. Thank you Splinterlands for this challenge. ordinarily i wouldn't know how to dig for super cards for my battles. However, each character featured in this weekly challenge helps me to discover some gems in the splinterlands game.
Reading more about the feminine character NERISSA TRIDAWN and her feats inspires me in a special way that there are lots of ways women can stand out in their different spheres.
Nerissa is a proud warrior of the water. Armed with her enchanted trident, she defends the seas, the rivers, and the lakes. She is well known across coastal villages, and they often call on her for help. She has slain great sea beasts that would otherwise kill everyone in their path. She has rescued sailors from hurricanes, and even warned villages of incoming tsunamis to save lives. Her bravery and brilliance in battle have led to her being called Nerissa the Hurricane.link
I have played several battles with NERISSA TRIDAWN and the wins are more than the losses. buying NERISSA TRIDAWN is on my radar but I had to rent it in the meantime for my battles and particularly to make an entry in this contest.
NERISSA TRIDAWN is special in every way and amazingly, despite the fact that it has no special ability, battling with the card has shown a really powerful prowess. Below is the rule for the battle and all you need to know about NERISSA TRIDAWN.

Attack: MAGIC
Abilities: Nil
NERISSA TRIDAWN is rated 9 manna, 9 health, 3 magic attack, 2 speed, 0 armor and has no ability. Being a card with no ability, it is likely that it would only be active when placed at the first position to lead the battle, else, it would only be idle receiving attacks until its turn to move to the first position for combat.
Since NERISSA TRIDAWN is a water card, I used it with the KELYA FRENDUL summoner. That was the playable summoner that could boost two stats of the card - Speed and armor.
KELYA FRENDUL summoner
KELYA FRENDUL summoner is a rare water summoner in the Chaos Legion cards set. KELYA FRENDUL summoner has an estimated power of 20 with a manna cap of 4. The life summoner adds +1 Armor to all friendly monsters as well as +1 Speed to all friendly monsters. KELYA FRENDUL summoner is both a defensive and attacking summoner.
My lineup for the Battle
NERISSA TRIDAWN was pulled up for the battle with Merdaali Guardian, Ice Pixie and Pelacor Bandit in that order. The Four Monsters combatted against Five monsters led by TARSA summoner.
The screenshot above shows the array of the battle field. I was scared of the high melee attack from the enemy monsters with three of the monsters with 3 melee attack weaponry.
The Battle Process
This battle started out with anxiety. Especially with Tennyll Striker among the enemy monsters. My team was lucky to miss two initial 3 melee attacks on Pelacor Bandit. My team had an edge from then to decimate the enemies.
NERISSA TRIDAWN had an amazing tank heal from Merdaali Guardian on the second position. That was a massive +3 health each round added to NERISSA TRIDAWN.
I tag NERISSA TRIDAWN as a super monster due to its ending of the battle with same stats at the beginning. Thanks to the incredible tank heal ability from Merdaali Guardian. I won the battle with 36 rating points.
The Special Strategy!
Positioning Merdaali Guardian with tank heal ability at the second position in the battle is the best decision I ever took for the battle. This helped in keeping NERISSA TRIDAWN at top performance each round.
I would use the strategy in this battle with NERISSA TRIDAWN for as many times as possible. The combination of NERISSA TRIDAWN and Merdaali Guardian in battle would blow your mind any time.
