I SHARE MY PROGRESS AS A TATTOO ARTIST [ENG/ESP]
Hello HIVE, I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying the wonderful and artistic world of tattooing.
Hola HIVE espero que todos se encuentren muy bien disfrutando del maravilloso y artístico mundo del tatuaje.
I'm getting back into activity on my Hiveblog, and it's been a long time since I've visited this community to share my progress on this adventure I've embarked on to build a career as a tattoo artist. The last post I shared was about the second tattoo I did on real skin. I've done quite a few more since then, but I'll try to share step by step how I've been progressing on this path and improving with each new opportunity I'm given to do a tattoo.
Estoy retomando nuevamente la actividad en mi hiveblog y tenía muchísimo tiempo sin visitar esta comunidad para compartir los avances en esta aventura que incursione para construir una carrera como artista del tatuaje, el ultimo post que compartí fue del segundo tatuaje que realice en piel real, ya en la actualidad he realizado unos cuantos más, pero intentare compartir paso a paso como he ido avanzando en este camino y mejorando con cada nueva oportunidad que se me permita realizar un tatuaje.
Today I'm sharing tattoo number 3 and 4 that I did on real skin. I did them for the same client, but on different occasions; these two were the first tattoos I received payment for.
Hoy le vengo a compartir el tatuaje número 3 y 4 que realizo en piel real, se lo realice al mismo cliente, pero en ocasiones diferentes; estos dos fueron los primeros tatuajes que recibo un pago por realizarlos.
Tattoo number 3 was a design referring to the Indian religious symbol "om". I did it on the client's calf, as he wanted to cover a scar left by a burn in the past.
El tatuaje numero 3 fue un diseño referente a la simbología religiosa de la india "om", lo realice en la pantorrilla del cliente, ya que él quería cubrir una cicatriz que le dejo una quemada en el pasado.
For this tattoo, I had to opt for a very unusual position, but since we were at the client's house, I had to adapt to the situation and sit on the floor to be able to do the tattoo on the calf.
En este tatuaje tuve que optar por estar en una posición muy poco habitual, pero como estábamos en la casa del cliente tuve que adaptarme a la situación y sentarme en el suelo para poder hacer el tatuaje en la pantorrilla.
The result was very acceptable; I liked that I could focus on practicing the filling to avoid it becoming somewhat transparent when healed, but overall it turned out well.
El resultado fue muy aceptable, me gusto que pudiera enfocarme en practicar el relleno para evitar que quede medio transparente al curarse, pero en términos generales quedo bien.
The second tattoo I did for this client a couple of weeks later is the fourth tattoo I've done in my short career as a tattoo artist (I've done more since then, but since I haven't posted in a while and I want to show my progress, I'll be sharing all the tattoos in order).
El segundo tatuaje que le hice a este cliente un par de semanas después, es el tatuaje número 4 que realizo en mi corta carrera como artista del tatuaje (ya en la actualidad he realizado más, pero como tenía tiempo sin publicar y quiero que se vea el avance, iré compartiendo todos los tatuajes en orden).
This design was a bit more original and personalized. The client told me he wanted to honor the memory of his mother, Rosa Amelia, so I designed a rose with a stem formed by the word "Amelia." He loved the concept, and we did it on his forearm. I'll continue sharing more of my tattoo work in the coming days. I hope you enjoy this post. Good vibes!
Este diseño fue algo más original y personalizado, el cliente me dijo que quería honrar la memoria de su madre que se llamaba Rosa Amelia, así que le diseñe una Rosa que el tallo se forma con la palabra Amelia, a él le encanto el concepto y lo hicimos en el antebrazo; con el pasar de los días continuare compartiendo más de los trabajos que he realizado como artista del tatuaje. El tatuaje de la rosa me encantó, se ve delicado y muy significativo tanto el diseño como el lugar donde se hizo.
