Good afternoon to all the wonderful people of this great community, for me it is a pleasure to greet you on this beautiful afternoon and wish you a day full of many blessings but above all a lot of health. Here I leave you my participation for this great contest: Love in times of carnival, hoping it will be to your liking.
Hablar de carnaval es hablar de risas bullicio, música diversa, caramelos, papelillos y bailes. Es una celebración popular que se caracteriza por ser muy colorida, alegre, llena de imaginación y fantasías al usar trajes, disfraces, maquillaje, escarcha, plumas para darle forma a ese momento del año en donde podemos ser lo que queramos (un rey, un vampiro, una bailarina y muchas otras representaciones, que nos permiten disfrutar en compañía de amigos y familiares).
To talk about carnival is to talk about laughter, hustle and bustle, diverse music, candies, paper rolls and dances. It is a popular celebration that is characterized by being very colorful, cheerful, full of imagination and fantasies when using costumes, disguises, makeup, frosting, feathers to give shape to that time of the year where we can be whatever we want (a king, a vampire, a dancer and many other representations, which allow us to enjoy in the company of friends and family).
I am very happy to share with you an anecdote, which I lived in carnival times.
Cuando tenía 17 años, los vecinos conversaron con mis padres para que me dejarán ir a los carnavales que se celebraban en la Avenida Bolívar del centro de Maturín, estaríamos hablando del año 1998, ja, ja,ja hace ya un tiempito; lo cierto es que al principio mis padres no querían, pero luego decidieron que si me dejarían asistir porque la hermana mayor de uno de mis vecinos iba con el grupo.
When I was 17 years old, the neighbors talked to my parents to let me go to the carnivals that were held on Bolivar Avenue in downtown Maturin, we would be talking about the year 1998, ha, ha, ha, ha a while ago; the truth is that at first my parents did not want, but then decided that if they would let me attend because the older sister of one of my neighbors was going with the group.

Al momente de prepararme para ir, estaba indecisa porque no sabía que vestir para estar acorde a la celebración, y no encontaba nada hasta que ¡Chis!, encontré un tutú rosado claro con corazones en varios tamaños rosados y escarchados así que complete todo este atuendo con medias rosadas, body rosado, con un corazón bordado con lentejuelas rosadas y accesorios juego de collar, sarcillos, cintillo con detalles de corazón y para completar una linda varita con corazón de plástico que alumbraba, me miré al espejo y ahí me dí cuenta que me convertí en el "Hada Del Amor", y estaba muy contenta por ello.
When I was getting ready to go, I was undecided because I didn't know what to wear for the celebration, and I couldn't find anything until Chis! I found a light pink tutu with hearts in various sizes pink and frosted so I completed this outfit with pink tights, pink body, with a heart embroidered with pink sequins and accessories set of necklace, earrings, headband with heart details and to complete a nice wand with plastic heart that lit up, I looked in the mirror and there I realized that I became the "Fairy of Love", and I was very happy about it.
Al llegar al evento, nos reímos unos de los otros al ver nuestros disfraces alocados como: Una coneja, la Chilindrina, bob esponja, princesa disney, princesa egipcia, doctor etc entre burlas, chistes y bromas emprendemos nuestro camino y al llegar al lugar al nivel de la iglesia "Catedral" nos encontramos con algunos conocidos, nos saludamos y de repente me percató que todos se ríen y hacen bromas, porque un chico del otro grupo es "Cupido", y aunque parezca mentira es un lindo "Cupido" ja, ja,ja.
Arriving at the event, we laughed at each other when we saw our crazy costumes like: A rabbit, the Chilindrina, bob sponge, disney princess, Egyptian princess, doctor etc between teasing, jokes and jokes we set off on our way and upon arriving at the place at the level of the church "Cathedral" we meet some acquaintances, we greet each other and suddenly I noticed that everyone is laughing and making jokes, because a guy from the other group is "Cupid", and believe it or not he is a cute "Cupid" ha, ha,ha,ha.

De inmediato el chico comienza a acercarse un poco más estableciendo conversación y diciéndo que somos los mejores disfraces y que somos tal para cual y yo en mi interior me decía que engreído este chico con el cuento que tiene el cuerpo de portada de ropa interior y estar vestido de "Cupido", ya me flechó y caí rendida a sus pies ja,ja,ja que iluso. Continuaron las bromas hasta que comenzaron las fotos y todos pedían al vernos que nos acercaramos porque "Cupido" sin amor no tiene razón, así que sin más "Cupido" posaba al lado del "Hada Del Amor", y en ese momento entonces sin que nos diéramos cuenta en un primer momento nuestros amigos salían al fondo con mensajes como: Cupido fue flechado por el Hada Del Amor; la mejor pareja, puro amor, puro corazón, amor a primera vista y con cara de picardía, pero como amigos lo tomamos como cosas de la edad y continuamos disfrutando de este momento loco y divertido que aunque muchos dicen que es "Pagano" resulta una experiencia que deja muchas vivencias y recuerdos con las personas más cercanas nuestros amigos, nuestra familia, compartiendo caramelos que nos luchamos entre la multitud como si estuviesemos en una "Piñatada Gigantezca" donde la música casi nos ensordece donde los disfraces son muy ocurrentes y auténticos pero que nos alegra cada año.
Immediately the boy began to approach a little more establishing conversation and saying that we are the best disguises and that we are so for each other and I in my interior I said to myself that this boy was conceited with the story that he has the body of the cover of underwear and being dressed as "Cupid", he already charmed me and I fell surrendered at his feet ha,ha,ha,ha what an illusion. The jokes continued until the photos began and everyone asked when they saw us to come closer because "Cupid" without love has no reason, so without further ado "Cupid" posed next to the "Fairy Of Love", and at that moment then without us realizing at first our friends came out in the background with messages like: Cupid was flirted by the Fairy Of Love; the best couple, pure love, pure heart, love at first sight and with a naughty face, but as friends we took it as things of age and continued to enjoy this crazy and fun moment that although many say it is "Pagan" is an experience that leaves many experiences and memories with the closest people our friends, our family, sharing candy that we fight in the crowd as if we were in a "Piñatada Gigantezca" where the music almost deafens us where the costumes are very witty and authentic but that makes us happy every year.

Estamos viendo cada comparsa y fantasía para escoger cual nos gusta más, cuando mis amigos exclaman ¡no puede ser!, ¡ay DIOS mio,es en serio! ¡me parece inceible lo que estoy viendo! y al voltear a ver porque tanto asombro, no solo me asombre sino me quede impactada con la comparsa de los valores, porque nada más y nada menos lo que representan es el valor "Amor" eran mi padre y mi madre quienes orgullosamente hacian del "Rey Del Amor" y la "Doctora Corazón" y los acompañaban amigos y vecinos disfrazados de "Cupido", corazones, parejas, cartero del amor; y lanzaban chupetas, caramelos y tarjetas con mensajes de amor, por lo que grite muy fuerte para que lograrán escucharme y supieran que formaba parte de su comparsa "Los Valores"; aunque no salía de mi asombro seguí disfrutando un rato y luego alcance a mis padres para hacer un vídeo, el cual quedaría obviamente para la historia, entonces la comparsa ahora contaba no nada más con el "Rey Del Amor" y "La Doctora Corazón", cartero del amor, parejas enamoradas sino también con el "Hada Del Amor", su amigo el lindo "Cupido" y sus otros amigos y vecinos también así que cada vez que queramos recordar este momento nos reímos mucho al vernos en este vídeo y surgen opiniones increibles y jocosas, sobre todo en la actualidad que la mayoría de los amigos están fuera del País.
We are watching each comparsa and fantasy to choose which one we like the most, when my friends exclaim "no way! Oh my GOD, I can't believe what I'm seeing! And when I turned to see why so much astonishment, not only I was amazed but I was shocked with the comparsa of values, because nothing more and nothing less what they represent is the value "Love" were my father and my mother who proudly played the "King of Love" and the "Doctor Heart" and they were accompanied by friends and neighbors dressed as "Cupid", hearts, couples, letter carrier of love; They were throwing lollipops, candies and cards with messages of love, so I shouted very loud so that they could hear me and know that I was part of their group "Los Valores"; Although I couldn't get over my astonishment I continued enjoying myself for a while and then I reached my parents to make a video, which would obviously remain for history, so the troupe now had not only the "King of Love" and "Doctor Heart", the letter carrier of love, couples in love, but also the "Fairy of Love", their friend the cute "Cupid", their friend the cute "Cupid" and their other friends and neighbors as well so every time we want to remember this moment we laugh a lot when we see ourselves in this video and incredible and jocular opinions arise, especially nowadays that most of the friends are out of the country.

Al respecto cabe decir que al que le trae más recuerdo es a "Cupido" el amigo más lindo quien con 38 años se encuentra en Perú culminando su residencia para graduarse como médico cadiólogo ja,ja,ja quien lo diría de "Cupido" a cardiólogo. Y es así como mis amigos, mi familia y yo vivímos este momento anecdòtico que marco nuestras vidas muy positivamente en cuanto a nuestros vínculos afectivos y relaciones amistosas.

Mi cuerpo se erizó en varias ocasiones, hasta me provoca disfrazarme en estos carnavales con esta hermosa publicación. te voy a confesar algo, yo siempre quería ser voluptuosa, ya sabes tener senos grandes un gran trasero y en una ocasión luego de tener a mis gemelas, nada de estar gordita y pues colocaba en carnavales almohadas por todos lados jahajhaajahaj. Me encantó saber de tus padres y ese cupido.
Ahora tengo 5 kilos demás, pero mal distribuidos jahajahajaj.
