Ese Sol que iluminó mi ser
Hola a todos los miembros de la comunidad Holos & Lotus, es un placer estar por aquí. Ayer me sugirieron los chicos de CELF Magazine que pasara por aquí y me hablaron de este concurso, que me parece bellísimo.
Hoy compartiré con ustedes una historia real con este astro. Tengo muchas historias con el sol, pero hubo un momento en el que me cautivó, y ese momento se ha convertido en mi instante favorito.
Me encontraba hace unos años, en el 2019 justo antes de la pandemia, en Uruguay con mis padres. Después de más de 7 años sin viajar con ellos, habíamos organizado un viaje juntos.
Era la primera vez que yo estaba en aquella costa uruguaya, que besaba al océano atlántico con ternura y pasión.
Lo digo así porque el oleaje era tan exquisito, tan rítmico, tan sonoro, que parecía que había una eterna seducción entre todos los elementos de la naturaleza en aquel lugar.
Todos los días de ese verano, yo salí a correr por la costa, y uno de esos días, por algún motivo, decidí frenar y acercarme al mar en una zona rocosa, donde no había playa.
¿Cómo explicarles esto por escrito? Ese momento me llegó directo al alma, y aquí entra nuestro protagonista.
Siempre he sido más fan de la luna que del sol, pero aquel día, el sol se comunicó y conectó tanto conmigo, que nunca más pude dejar de admirarlo.
En aquel punto de la costa en que me detuve, tenía al sol frente a mi. El cielo estaba totalmente despejado y se veía turquesa como si aquel rinconcito del mundo intentara llamar la atención de toda la creación.
El sol resplandecía, perfectamente esférico frente a mí, y cerré los ojos para conectarme todo lo que pudiera con aquel momento.
La imagen redonda del sol se quedó grabada en mi retina, encandilándome un poco con su recuerdo.
Y con esa imagen que llevé hacia mi entrecejo, hacia mi Ajna chakra y hacia mi corazón, Anahata chakra, empecé a sentir con mucha potencia el sonido de las olas, el suave sonido del viento, el tacto de la brisa en mi piel, y el delicado calor del sol en mi rostro, brazos y piernas. Mientras, la esfera de mi retina se multiplicaba y llegaba a cada uno de los chakras de mi columna vertebral.
Tras unos minutos (no se cuántos), sonreí y reí un poco mientras abría los ojos muy lentamente. Miré al cielo una vez más y di las gracias.
Me reconocí como una persona ínfima al lado de toda la creación, pero al mismo tiempo aquel instante me hizo notar que soy parte de la misma creación y que cada uno de nosotros es parte de esto.
No me pregunten cómo llegué a aquella conclusión, porque no es algo que pensé voluntariamente, sino un mensaje que llegó a mi.
Actualmente ese lugar y ese momento son mi espacio de la felicidad. Allí voy en mis meditaciones, allí voy cuando no encuentro la calma, allí voy cuando estoy triste y cuando estoy feliz. Voy a depurarme y a recargarme.
Aquel sol se convirtió en la energía misma que se acercaba a mi cuerpo para extenderse por toda mi columna. Esa luz de sol se multiplicó para alcanzarme y que yo pudiera alcanzarla.
Desde aquel momento el sol es para mí una guía, un refugio, una batería natural que está siempre ahí. Y cada día de mi vida, agradezco al Universo por el sol (y por toda la creación), pero en especial por su luz, por su calor, por su brillo.

That sun that illuminated my being
Hello to all the members of the Holos & Lotus community, it's a pleasure to be here. Yesterday the guys from CELF Magazine suggested me to stop by and told me about this contest, which I think is beautiful.
Today I will share with you a real story with this star. I have many stories with the sun, but there was a moment when it captivated me, and that moment has become my favorite moment.
I was a few years ago, in 2019 just before the pandemic, in Uruguay with my parents. After more than 7 years without traveling with them, we had organized a trip together.
It was the first time I was on that Uruguayan coast, which kissed the Atlantic Ocean with tenderness and passion.
I say so because the waves were so exquisite, so rhythmic, so sonorous, that there seemed to be an eternal seduction between all the elements of nature in that place.
Every day that summer, I went jogging along the coast, and one of those days, for some reason, I decided to stop and approach the sea in a rocky area, where there was no beach.
How can I explain this to you in writing? That moment went straight to my soul, and this is where our protagonist comes in.
I have always been more a fan of the moon than the sun, but that day, the sun communicated and connected with me so much that I could never stop admiring it.
At that point on the coast where I stopped, I had the sun in front of me. The sky was completely clear and turquoise as if that little corner of the world was trying to attract the attention of all creation.
The sun was shining, perfectly spherical in front of me, and I closed my eyes to connect as much as I could with that moment.
The round image of the sun stuck in my retina, dazzled me a little with the memory of it.
And with that image that I brought to my brow, to my Ajna chakra, and to my heart, Anahata chakra, I began to feel very powerfully the sound of the waves, the soft sound of the wind, the feel of the breeze on my skin, and the delicate warmth of the sun on my face, arms and legs. Meanwhile, the sphere of my retina multiplied and reached each of the chakras in my spine.
After a few minutes (I don't know how many), I smiled and laughed a little as I opened my eyes very slowly. I looked up at the sky one more time and said thank you.
I recognized myself as a tiny person next to the whole creation, but at the same time that instant made me realize that I am part of the same creation and that each one of us is part of it.
Do not ask me how I came to that conclusion, because it is not something I thought of voluntarily, but a message that came to me.
Today that place and that moment are my space of happiness. I go there in my meditations, I go there when I cannot find calm, I go there when I am sad and when I am happy. I go there to purify myself and to recharge.
That sun became the very energy that approached my body to spread throughout my spine. That sunlight multiplied to reach me so that I could reach it.
From that moment on, the sun is for me a guide, a refuge, a natural battery that is always there. And every day of my life, I thank the Universe for the sun (and for all creation), but especially for its light, for its warmth, for its brightness.

Ese sol es toda una belleza, no es que una belleza es poco... Para mí es una preciosura inigualable y preciosa. Lo mejor de todo es ese sentimiento encontrado y cercano que pudiste obtener. Es que es un reflejo armónico y con mucha paz. Me encantó.

Precioso relato y preciosa vivencia, de verdad que a veces la naturaleza llama nuestra atención de forma increíble y el sol es uno de los elementos más hermosos que afortunadamente tenemos, por eso debemos apreciarlo. Amé tus fotografías, estoy segura de que le hacen justicia al momento.

Las costas y la plata son lugares que nos brindan paz, el oleaje y la brisa marina trasmiten paz ,es una de las razones por las que disfruto ir a la playa, pero el sol nos recarga nos muestra tantas cosas dependiendo de la hora en la que lo veamos y disfrutemos, lo que describes es tan bello y ver las fotos es maravilloso, de verdad a veces es necesario y saludable, desconectarse de la tecnología y el agitado vivir de la modernidad y conectarnos con la naturaleza.
