It is a real pleasure for me to join this extraordinary contest👏🏼👏🏼 "Films that inspire". It is about telling or describing a little bit about those films that in one way or another changed your life👍🏼, made you grow personally or developed your consciousness.
I believe and I dare to say that there is no person who has not enjoyed a good film at some time🎬, and that is why it has become a transcendental means to create awareness in people in general. It is a very important means to create and change the way of thinking of many people; that is why there are films that really touch your heart and radically change your way of seeing life✔️.
Es un verdadero placer para mi unirme a este extraordinario concurso👏🏼👏🏼 “Films que inspiran” se trata de contar o describir un poco aquellas películas que de una u otra forma cambiaron tu vida👍🏼, te hicieron crecer personalmente o desarrollaron tu conciencia.
Creo y me atrevo asegurar que no existe una persona que no haya disfrutado alguna vez de una buena película🎬, y es por ello que se ha convertido en un medio transcendental para crear conciencia en las personas en general. Es un medio muy importante para lograr crear y cambiar la manera de pensar de muchas personas; es por ello, que existen películas que de verdad te llegan al corazón y cambian radicalmente tu manera de ver la vida✔️.

In my case in particular there is a film that has touched my heart and that in a certain way has left me with great lessons. It is a film that I never stop watching, and that I always find something new that I hadn't noticed before. Now without further ado, let's see what it is:
En mi caso en particular hay una película que me ha llegado al corazón y que en cierta forma me ha dejado grandes enseñanzas. Es una películas qu nunca dejo de ver, y que siempre encuentro algo nuevo que anteriormente no lo había notado. Ahora sin más que decir, veamos cual es:
Before I start talking about my experience with the film, it is very appropriate to tell you that I am an Evangelical Christian, this means that I am a follower of the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ and I make this small remark because it was one day that I was in my Sunday service when the pastor of the church talked about this film and recommended watching it.
I had already seen advertisements about the film but I had not been encouraged to see it, so after hearing about it in church I took the opportunity to see it. It is a film starring Will Smith and his own son Jaden Smith; it tells the story of Chris Gardner who is evicted from his flat, his wife leaves him with a small child and he finds himself alone with his son and no place to live. However, he finds a job as an intern at a financial firm, but his position does not yet earn him any kind of salary. Poor Chris has to live in shelters and face various difficulties, but he does not give up and never stops fighting for a better quality of life for himself and his son.
Antes de comenzar a hablar de mi experiencia con la película, es muy oportuno comentarles que soy Cristiana Evangélica, esto quiere decir que soy seguidora del evangelio de nuestro señor Jesucristo y les hago esta pequeña acotación ya que fue un día que me encontraba en mi servicio dominical cuando el pastor de la iglesia hablo de esta película y recomendó verla.
A todas estas ya yo había visto propagandas sobre la película pero no me había animado a verla, entonces después de escucharla en la iglesia aproveche y la vi. Se trata de una película protagonizada por Will Smith y su propio hijo Jaden Smith; cuenta la historia de Chris Gardner a quien lo desalojan de su apartamento, su esposa lo abandona con niño pequeño y se encuentra solo con su hijo y sin un lugar donde vivir. No obstante, encuentra un trabajo como interno en una firma financiera, pero su cargo no logra percibir aún ningún tipo de salario. Al pobre Chris le toca vivir en albergues, enfrentar diversas dificultades, pero él no se da por vencido y nunca deja de luchar por conseguir una mejor calidad de vida para él y su hijo.

I must confess that during the development there is a scene where they have to sleep in a bathroom, inside the train station exposing themselves to different dangers, it really made me cry and every time I see the film the same scene makes me cry, it was something that had a big impact on me. I grew up with the idea that studying and preparing myself with a university degree would give me a good quality of life, not full of luxuries but in a stable way; it turns out that for some time now in Venezuela having a degree does not even ensure you can feed yourself and for me as a teacher the salary is not even enough for the basic basket of goods.
That had made me very sad, without hope and without having the opportunity to emigrate, I decided to watch this film and see the different difficulties that this man had to live through and with a small child; then it gave me a moral slap in the face because honestly I have never lived half of the things that this man did. To see how he struggled, how he never gave up despite all the adversities, it definitely gives you a moral slap in the face.
Debo confesarles que durante el desarrollo existe una escena donde a ellos les toca dormir en una baño, dentro de la estación del tren exponiéndose a diferentes peligros, realmente me hizo llorar y cada vez que veo la película me hace llorar la misma escena, fue algo que me impacto mucho. Desde hace algún tiempo, he vivido situaciones de frustración, crecí con la idea de que estudiar y prepararme con un título universitario me daría una buena calidad de vida, no llena de lujos pero si de manera estable; resulta que desde hace un tiempo para acá en Venezuela tener un título no te asegura ni siquiera poder alimentarte y para mí que soy docente el sueldo no alcanza ni para la canasta básica.
Eso me había tenido muy triste, sin esperanzas y sin tener la oportunidad para emigrar me dispuse a ver esta película y ver por las diferentes dificultades que este señor tuvo que vivir y de paso con un niño pequeño; entonces me dio una bofetada moral porque sinceramente nunca he vivido ni la mitad de las cosas que ese señor sí. Verlo como luchaba, nunca se daba por vencido a pesar de todas las adversidades, definitivamente te da una cachetada moral.

This film taught me that we should always be grateful for the little or much we have and that no matter how hard the trials we are going through, they are not eternal, that the sun always rises every morning and that just when the night is darkest, the dawn will soon break. It is undoubtedly a film that will change the way you face adversity, so if you have not seen it, I recommend it.

Esta película me enseño que siempre debemos ser agradecidos por lo poco o mucho que tenemos y que por muy fuertes que sean las pruebas que estamos pasando estas no son eternas, siempre sale el sol cada mañana y que justo cuando más oscura esta la noche es porque ya pronto va amanecer. Sin lugar a duda es una película que te cambiara la manera de afrontar las adversidades, así que si no la han visto, se las recomiendo.

Qué hermosa selección, realmente yo también lloré mucho con la escena del baño, es una película que solo vi una vez y la he evitado miles de veces ya que me causa mucho dolor.
