Iniciativa ¿Por dónde comienza el bienestar? //Initiative Where does wellness begin
Hola familia Holos💮, con las siguientes líneas hago mi entrada en la iniciativa propuesta por mi hermosa @damarysvibra.
El bienestar comienza cuando decido dejarme seducir por los regalos que me da la vida a cada instante.
Cuando yo tenía 18 anos pensaba que el bienestar Comenzaba cuando yo hacía ejercicio físico,por tanto invertía gran parte de mi tiempo en realizar ejercicio físico, con el tiempo entendí que el bienestar realmente es integral y lo puedo crear y hacerlo presente en mis relaciones, en mis trabajos, en mis estudios, en mis estados emocionales.
Para mí, el bienestar se origina y genera dentro de mí, en la información que poseen mis célula y que es transmitida a todo mi cuerpo.
A través de mi cuerpo puedo sentir cuando estoy en bienestar y cuando se está gestando.
Desde que comienzo a desear estar bien, ya comienzan a conjugarse dentro de mi diferentes posibilidades de darle nacimiento a mi bienestar.
He tenido muchos renaceres,florecer es, despertares.En cada uno la vida me ha venido a seducir, y yo he estado receptiva a recibir y vivir estadios de bienestar.
¿En qué momento tuve un despertar?
Me viene a la mente un episodio en mi historia laboral, donde yo trabajaba como empleada en una empresa a la que amaré por siempre,en algún momento nació dentro de mí un deseo inmenso de partir, de dedicarme a hacer lo que realmente me llenaba, el bienestar vino en forma de certeza, de que allí no quería quedarme para siempre.
Ese despertar me trajo noticias de lo que debía hacer, cómo debía organizarme , planificar mi partida de ese lugar que fue una gran escuela para mí; y al mismo tiempo visualizar y crear mi llegada a Ítaca, a donde deseaba estar.
Desde que escuché mi voz interior que me decía lo que deseaba hacer, comenzó a originarse dentro de mí el bienestar desde estás formas:
Ilusión, emoción, determinación y automotivación. Estas cuatro caras del bienestar danzaban en mi en medio de ese despertar.**
El bienestar comienza en mí, en mi psiquis, en mis ganas de estar en armonía y tranquilidad. Es por ello que en cada situación personal, emocional, relacional, física, social, me hago la pregunta de oro: ¿esto en lo que estoy involucrada me genera armonía y tranquilidad?
Si la respuesta es negativa pues decido tomar otro camino, y no sé si a Uds les sucede igual que a mí, que ante esa reflexión interna logran escuchar a su cuerpo,quien siempre contesta de inmediato.

Hello Holos💮 family, with the following lines I make my entry in the initiative proposed by my beautiful @damarysvibra.
Wellness begins when I decide to let myself be seduced by the gifts that life gives me every moment.
When I was 18 years old I thought wellness began when I exercised, in fact I spent a lot of my time exercising. Over time I was able to explore that wellness was truly integral, that it was present in my relationships, in my health, in my work, in my emotional state.
For me, wellness originates and is generated within me, in my cells, and that is transmitted throughout my body.
Through my body I can feel when I am in wellness,
From the moment I begin to desire to be well, different possibilities begin to conjugate within me to give birth to my wellbeing.
I have had many rebirths, bloomings, awakenings, and in each one of them life has come to seduce me, and I have been receptive to receive and live stages of wellness.
At what moment did I have an awakening?
It comes to my mind, there was an episode in my work history where I was working as an employee in a company that I will love forever, and an immense desire was born in me to leave, to dedicate myself to do what really fulfilled me, wellness came in the form of certainty, that I did not want to stay there forever.
That awakening brought me the news of what I had to do, how I had to organize myself, plan my departure from that place that was a great school for me; and at the same time visualize and create my arrival to Ithaca, where I wanted to be.
Since I listened to my inner voice telling me what I wanted to do, it began to originate in me:
Illusion, illusion, determination and self-motivation. These four faces of wellness danced in me in the midst of that awakening.
Well-being begins in me, in my psyche, in my desire to be in harmony and tranquility. That is why in every personal, emotional, relational, physical, social situation, I ask myself the golden question: does what I am involved in generate harmony and tranquility?
If the answer is negative, then I decide to take another path, and I don't know if it happens to you as it does to me, that before this internal reflection you manage to listen to your body.
If the answer is no, it answers immediately
