La alegría son emociones, que viene alegrarnos la vida a cada una de las personas y a su vez conectarnos
y compartirlo con todos aquellos personas con que tengamos contacto, transmitir esta emoción que es muy saludable para la salud. Nos hace sentir bien, aunque estemos mal, es algo contagioso que no se puede evitar, hasta el más gruñón, mal encarado cuando llegamos felices un lugar se contagia; esto también nos ayuda psicológicamente y así podemos ver la vida con optimismo, positivismo, llenarnos de esperanza, ver la vida desde otras perspectivas y con muchas posibilidades.
Es ese ingrediente tan importante para nuestra salud, no envejecemos y nos mantiene jóvenes interiormente.
Quisiera contarles un Anécdotaque me ocurrió cuando llegué a una panadería, Me encontraba desayunando en ese lugar el cual se encontraba full de personas, de pronto entró al local un personaje de ¿dónde salió? no sabemos, lo cierto fué que entró con un ataque de risa que no paraba, al principio no entendía, tan contagiosa era aquella risa que no paraba, que fué algo tan impresionante, que no pasó mucho tiempo cuando todos los que estábamos presente comenzamos a reír sin poder parar, este personaje contagio a todos los presentes con su risa. Así es La alegría, vamos a cultivarla y no dejar que se vaya de nosotros y tratar de mantenerla activa.

Paso I
- Comencé a calcar la figura que escogí, utilizando lápiz de grafito y cartulina.

- una vez la figura lista, procedi a cortar y luego dibujar en el papel Bond.

- Después que dibuje la figura en el papel Bond, procedi a comenzar a pintar, utilizando marcadores de diferentes colores por todo lo que es delinear, y un detalle sobre el vestido de la figura femenina 😁😁.

- After I drew the figure on the Bond paper, I proceeded to start painting, using markers of different colors all over what is outlining, and a detail on the dress of the female figure 😁😁.

Finalizando el afiche con unas palabras alusivas a la palabra valga la redundancia.
