I am pleased to be here again and to be able to participate in this initiative proposed a few days ago by our colleague @damarysvibra just today August 1st is celebrated the World Day of Joy.
Hoy voy a compartirles mi experiencia viviendo en alegría. Es muy chistoso porque no soy una persona extrovertida de hecho me cuesta relacionarme fácilmente, soy observadora y trato de mantenerme al margen de todo, casi siempre las personas que me ven tienden a tener una percepción errada sobre mi.
Today I am going to share with you my experience living in joy. It is very funny because I am not an extroverted person in fact I find it hard to relate easily, I am observant and try to stay out of everything, almost always people who see me tend to have a wrong perception about me.
Sin embargo una vez que me conocen se sorprenden.
Los que me conocen saben que parezco un radio encendido, no paro de cantar en ningún momento, bueno cantar y bailar 😄 tengo un compañero que se impresiona porque me se según él todas las canciones, realmente canto hasta las propagandas de la radio jajajajajaja. Eso sí, no me pregunten el nombre del cantante porque nunca me lo sé.
However, once they get to know me they are surprised.
Those who know me know that I look like a radio on, I do not stop singing at any time, well singing and dancing 😄 I have a partner who is impressed because I know according to him all the songs, I really sing even the radio commercials hahaha. Mind you, don't ask me the name of the singer because I never know it.

Soy de las personas que prefiere primero salir de las noticias y situaciones difíciles y luego me quedo con las noticias buenas así lo disfruto más y el mood de alegría lo disfruto por más tiempo 😄.
I am one of those people who prefer first to get out of the news and difficult situations and then I stay with the good news so I enjoy it more and the mood of joy I enjoy it for a longer time.
La alegría me permite ser positiva ante cualquier situación, ver lo bueno, tener opciones para afrontar cualquier dificultad. Desde la alegría la fé permanece intacta, porque eres entusiasta aún en la penumbra.
Joy allows me to be positive in any situation, to see the good, to have options to face any difficulty. From joy faith remains intact, because you are enthusiastic even in the darkness.
Si el resultado no es el que esperas la alegría permite entender y te ayuda a que la aceptación sea expedita porque sabes y entiendes que debes pasar la página y continuar.
If the result is not what you expect, joy allows you to understand and helps you to accept it quickly because you know and understand that you must turn the page and move on.
Entender esto no fue sencillo, sin embargo me ha funcionado y he entendido que desde la alegría me siento bien y eso me mantiene con energías positivas y así es más fácil transitar y lograr lo que desees porque siempre estás enfocado y ante cualquier dificultad te sobrepones rápidamente y continúas.
Understanding this was not easy, however it has worked for me and I have understood that from joy I feel good and that keeps me with positive energy and so it is easier to move on and achieve what you want because you are always focused and in the face of any difficulty you overcome quickly and continue.
Tengo claro que las emociones hay que sentirlas, no se trata de reprimir ninguna se trata de entender que hay algunas emociones que nos pueden frenar y retrasar algunos objetivos en cambio la alegría siempre hará que salgas rápido de la oscuridad, no pierdes el enfoque nunca porque aún en la peor situación mantienes la esperanza.
It is clear to me that emotions must be felt, it is not about repressing any of them, it is about understanding that there are some emotions that can slow us down and delay us in some goals, on the other hand, joy will always make you come out of the darkness quickly, you never lose focus because even in the worst situation you keep hope.
Con alegría puedo planificar y tener objetivos claros siempre, incluso el sentirme entusiasta me hace tener perspectivas claras. Serás un soñador por excelencia.
With joy I can always plan and have clear goals, even feeling enthusiastic makes me have clear perspectives. You will be a dreamer par excellence.
Las personas alegres siempre se les reconoce más que por llevar una sonrisa por la actitud ante la vida, por la manera de desenvolverse el día a día. Yo me molesto y siento rabia soy humana sin embargo me dura muy poco, me ha pasado que estoy muy molesta y peleando digo cualquier locura (ocurrencia) que termino por soltar la risa y es que esa es otra particularidad, hay un compañero de trabajo con el que me la llevo muy bien porque él también es muy alegre y en momentos difíciles de discusión se escapa una ocurrencia que es imposible no soltar una carcajada. En definitiva la alegría nos permite transitar la vida con entusiasmo y si la tomamos como un modo de vida el viaje por este plano será livianito y con visión clara.
Cheerful people are always recognized more for their attitude towards life, for the way they manage their day to day life, than for their smile. I get upset and feel anger, I am human, however it does not last very long, it has happened to me that I am very upset and fighting, saying any crazy thing (witticism) that I end up laughing and that is another particularity, there is a co-worker with whom I get along very well because he is also very cheerful and in difficult moments of discussion a witticism escapes and it is impossible not to laugh. In short, joy allows us to go through life with enthusiasm and if we take it as a way of life the journey through this plane will be light and with a clear vision.
