De lo feliz u orgullosos que nos sintamos con respecto a ellos, se derivan nuestras celebraciones. Compartidas o privadas, las celebraciones traen alegría y regocijo por doquier. Son momentos para compartir tiempo y espacio con nuestros seres queridos, personas más allegadas a nuestra vida o colegas de un gremio en particular con algún motivo en particular o afín.
We all have something to live and to share with the world: experiences, stories, achievements and dreams. From how happy or proud we feel about them, we derive our celebrations. Shared or private, celebrations bring joy and rejoicing everywhere. They are moments to share time and space with our loved ones, people closest to our lives or colleagues in a particular guild for a particular or related reason.

Ya sean los grandes como realizarnos en el ámbito profesional, conseguir el trabajo de tus sueños o la llegada de un ser especial a nuestras vidas como es el nacimiento de un bebé. Dentro de mis pequeños logros me he aplaudido también lo rico que me ha quedado la técnica de mi café leche y leche, la receta exacta de un delicioso brownie o por qué no, levantarme de la cama sin alarma. Los logros, grandes o pequeños hay que celebrarlos. Todos tenemos nuestro momento para brillar 🌻✨

Por ejemplo, para emigrar a Tenerife, España. Primero se vino mi esposo y luego yo. ¿Cómo lo hicimos? Gracias a la oportunidad de un trabajo que tuvimos, salimos de viaje de trabajo desde Venezuela 🇻🇪 a la República Popular de China 🇨🇳 Para ese entonces éramos muy amigos, pero teníamos claro lo que deseábamos. Con nuestros viáticos (que fueron una miseria - 500$), ambos nos compramos un teléfono de última generación, recuerdo claramente queun Huawei Honor 7X. Pedazo de máquina con una cámara brutal. El resto de los viáticos, gastamos cierta parte y la otra la ahorramos. Para cuando tomamos la decisión de casarnos y salir del país, vendimos esos teléfonos y junto con todos nuestros ahorros y algunos objetos personales que vendimos, logramos comprar el pasaje de mi esposo. Se dice fácil pero hicimos sacrificios por lograr esta meta.

Otra de las cosas que me gusta celebrar es mi cumpleaños, recuerdo claramente que al empezar la universidad, yo tenía 17 años y para mí cumpleaños número 18, tenía un círculo de bonitas amistades a las que siempre invitaba a mi casa para cantarme cumpleaños junto a mi familia y luego planteábamos un viaje a la playa. Esos viajes a la playa eran únicos y demasiado buenos. Yo misma organizaba todo 🤭 Desde la invitación, hasta que debía llevar cada quien dentro de sus posibilidades, cabe destacar. Y con el paso de los años, este viaje se volvió una tradición para mí y mi grupo de amigos a los que se fueron adicionando más personas con el tiempo; hasta que ya no fue posible por la situación - país 😖🇻🇪 y pues todos empezaron a tener responsabilidades laborales para poder ayudar en sus hogares. Pero quedan los maravillosos recuerdos y cuando surge algún jueves de #tbt en instagram o WhatsApp, suelo colgar una fotografía de esos momentos y varios amigos me escriben recordando la dicha de los días pasados de nuestra bonita y amena juventud. A diferencia de hoy en día, que me gusta algo más familiar, privado y pequeño. Más ahora estando lejos del que por 28 años fue mi hogar: La casa de mi abuela en Cumaná, Estado Sucre 🇻🇪 Ahora con un bebé en camino 🤰 espero con ansias tenerlo entre mis brazos y verlo crecer para celebrar sus cumpleaños también.
Another thing I like to celebrate is my birthday, I remember clearly that when I started college, I was 17 years old and for my 18th birthday, I had a circle of nice friends that I always invited to my house to sing birthday to me and my family and then we would plan a trip to the beach. Unlike today, that I like something more familiar, private and small. More now being far away from what for 28 years was my home: My grandmother's house in Cumaná, Sucre State 🇻🇪 Now with a baby on the way 🤰 I look forward to holding him in my arms and watching him grow up to celebrate his birthdays too.

Reconozco también que hay situaciones o momentos que no salen como lo esperaba pero por lo menos sé que di lo mejor de mí y lo intenté. Esto le da valor agregado a mi valioso esfuerzo. Y aún así no dejo de celebrarlo. Porque si la vida en algún momento no me sonríe al momento de un traspiés, pues me levanto y sigo con la frente en alto y una sonrisa de agradecimiento por lo que no fue.
I also recognize that there are situations or moments that do not turn out as I expected but at least I know that I gave my best and tried my best. This gives added value to my valuable effort.
