Si las alas no nos la dieron,
nos las pintaremos en los brazos,
bailaremos bajo la luz del sol,
imaginando que salimos volando.
Si no fuimos bendecidos para cantar,
nos rodearemos de hermosas aves
y a plena luz de la luna nos esconderemos
para escuchar atentos sus melodías.
De darnos cuenta de que algo nos falta,
solo miraremos al cielo para observar,
a las aves que no trabajan
pero van y vienen a cualquier lugar,
y viven felices cantando sin parar.
La felicidad no está en el tener,
